Super 8 by Wyndham Indianapolis/Emerson Ave

Location was near a Walmart and many restaurants! I was surprised it didn’t have an elevator and my room was on the 2nd floor. However I made due!

Very clean and neat, plenty of towels, room was very comfortable temperature. The breakfast was terrible. Pancakes, cereal, or tiny muffins for breakfast. The hole the shower arm comes through was exposed in the room because the cover was the wrong size for the arm.

It was close to everything we needed. The room was clean, though dated. The plexiglass at check-in made me feel less safe. The paperwork about liability for theft from my vehicle also made me question our safery.

Cockroach found in bathroom. Breakfast was not even open at scheduled time so we missed it - if it ever happened. The stay achieved its purpose and was ok but did not overachieve at all.

The customer service was extremely disappointing. The staff lacked basic professionalism and showed little regard for customer satisfaction. The staff was awful and showed no commitment to customer satisfaction.

This motel surprised us with how clean and well maintained it was. The room was clean, the hotel smelled nice and the bathrooms were very clean. The AC in the room was very old and noisy. Other than that everything else was great.

A clean room, a nice shower, and a safe place are what I want and this Super 8 delivered. We got here after midnight and the check in was effortless.

Parking was easy and secure. Check in staff was friendly and quick. Check out staff was sleeping at counter. Clean, comfortable room. 2nd night neighbors next door and across hall VERY noisy and taking running room chair up and down hall. Figured staff could see that since they have cameras in the hallway. Breakfast was ok, enough to start the day. Only one spoon available at 8am.

The room was dated 1970 and smelled old. The tv service was around 10 basic channels most of the programs were local news. The shower pull knob did not work to transition the water from tub spout to shower head. The breakfast was in eatable.

It was a clean and comfortable place to sleep. That is all I was looking for. Nothing. Everything was fine.

Clean room, same with the restroom. Bed was comfortable sheets were clean.
