Graduate by Hilton Iowa City

Cafe was under construction so we couldn't use it but continental breakfast was great. Everything was within walking distance. Every staff member was amazing and so helpful, especially the girl that checked us out and the young mam that check us in. Kind of a quirky unique hotel but fun.

We really enjoyed our stay at Graduate by Hilton Iowa City! The themed decor gave the hotel a fun, unique character, and the location couldn't have been better. It’s convenient to Kinnick Stadium as well as the downtown shops and restaurants. The on-site dining options were also excellent, making it easy to enjoy great meals without leaving the hotel. We'd definitely stay here again!

I enjoy my time at graduate hotels , service there is the best , workers there understand my needs when I ask them , very helpful and knowledgeable!

Stained carpet, AC wouldn’t go below 70 and it took a long time to cool the room it was mostly stuck at 78. Also, the bathroom wasn’t very clean. Elevator issues as well.

One of our favorite touches was the room key; it wasn’t just a standard hotel key card, but a fun keepsake that perfectly matched the hotel’s personality. It’s the little details like that that make this place so memorable. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-appointed, and the overall atmosphere made us feel right at home. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Iowa City!

Ice and water machines were out of service. Room was functional but worn.

Quirky older hotel that has been renovated. Generally clean and nice, the smell was a bit weird in the lobby, the coffee shop was being renovated and it was not available. Coffee and lite pastries were supposed to be provided but the was not filled when I was there. The corridors are oddly reminiscent of The Shining which is slightly unsettling. Staff was generally nice and helpful but dressed very casually, I didn’t realize the front desk person was part of the staff and not a guest. I might stay again if I had too, but would probably choose something different next time.

Been there several times over the last few months and the ice machines haven't been working the entire time.

Can't beat the location. The hotel is so cute and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Great place to stay when visiting Iowa City- especially if you are trying to get a feel for campus.

Close to everything Tv had to be fixed at 9:30 at night, no pool

The decor in our room was not what you would expect from a large hotel chain. The room was very comfy, and felt more like visiting a friend or relative's home. It was quiet, and all the staff was very helpful.

The room was very overpriced for what was available. Understood it would be an increased price due to graduations but it was excessive.
