Confused as to why charging for parking when the ramp we were told to park in was open to public for free parking during my stay

The room was nice and clean and the shower was really nice. There was a single cup coffee maker in the room which is very important to me. Parking is great and attached to the hotel. The bed was comfortable and the staff was awesome! Would be nice to have a breakfast deal, too.

Staff, check-in was quick and easy process. Convenient parking with hotel access. Clean rooms.

I didnt try the breakfast because i felt it was too expensive and i could get better options from nearby restaurants, Also I stayed previously in nearby hotels that had free coffee and breakfast included in the rate. It was disappointing that there was no free morning coffee service, I have stayed at hundred of hotels and most offer this.

Great place! Only complaint was hot tub on a 5 minute timer and blaring dance music in the pool room. Other than that, so many good things.Super friendly staff. Room was clean, great location.

Unfortunately really noisy neighbors who were playing rap music very loud and shouting at each other at 2am. Advised front desk who spoke to them and noise/shouting started again a few minutes later. Advised front desk again but nothing changed. Complained again with same level of disruption at 5am. 7-8 people in next room, loud music, banging in walls, shouting, partying in the hallway. Hotel said they would comp parking and breakfast but no refund. I believe the offending guests should have been removed and rooms should not permit 7-8 guests.

Iowa City was a pleasant surprise. Great restaurants nearby. Nice hotel.

Great location. Clean. Updated. Really good hotel gym. Friendly and helpful staff. To be expected, but prices were outrageous for graduation weekend.

What we did not like room 1016 and room 1017 there was either an air compressor running or something that was making noise 24 hours a day just don’t get the room 1016 or 1017 you will not sleep!!!
