The hotel was clean and the staff was super friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. We will definitely use again if needed!

I liked that there was a choice of hot/cold buffet or just a small bagel. Did not try out the full buffet, but it looked like there were plenty of choices. I liked that there was a waterbottle filling station downstairs. The bar at the top level of the hotel (also restaurant) had a splendid view and nice drinks. Did not try the restaurant. There also seemed to be private space on the top floor for weddings and the like. The bedroom did not have any overhead lights, so when we arrived in the evening and started to unpack, there was not enough good lighting for that.

Clean, quick, and easy. Parking cost was a little steep IMO but staff were friendly

I originally booked a 4 night stay. I needed an additional night. I asked if a room was available to extend my stay one night. They said they were all sold out. The next day I looked online to see if rooms were available, there were 12 rooms available. I ended up going home but the hotel lost out on an additional night because the staff couldn't actually confirm if they were sold out.

Great hospitality and clean room

Pool and hot tub were clean and well maintained. Roof top resteraunt was outstanding. Breakfast next door at Encounters was also outstanding, but you need to allow extra time for this resteraunt. It is definitely worth it though!

Our desk persons were wonderful and our bartender at the Vue, Peter, was great

Location. The thermostat was too temperamental. Set it at 71 and it was freezing. Set it at 73 and it was too hot. Rough night just trying to get that regulated. Shower- only enough conditioner for one person. Bath soap almost empty. Corners dirty. Way too much trouble especially for the cost. We won't stay there again.

Location and pool and hot tub were clean Parking and getting into the hotel from garage was difficult and frustrating Beds were not comfortable. Too worn with indentations. Breakfast not complementary or even inexpensive.

The hotel was fine. Room was clean and hotel was clean. But very uncomfortable beds and pillows. Also we received incorrect information about the breakfast buffet. We were told it was free & included in our stay but once I made the plates we were told different. Not a big deal…. But frustrating.
