Lady at the front desk talked so quiet at check in couldn't undestand her asked multiple times to repeat. Our bathroom door wouldn't close which was a huge inconvenience.

Reserved two queen beds but got one king

Newly renovated. Staff very friendly.
-
Rooms were nice. Newly updated. Hotel is currently being renovated which was not listed when booking. Slightly inconvenient to only have ice on first floor as well but have nothing posted about it. Breakfast was good.
-
The staff was wonderful. There were a lot of us in the lobby all arriving at the same time. The lady at check in was so friendly and helpful. Even in the chaos she was so calm and professional. The location was top notch within walking distance to the stadium, a brewery and good food.
-
It is exactly what you expect. It is an affordable, family friendly, hotel that was clean and had nice staff.
-
Would definitely stay here again

Nice sized room, clean
-
Breakfast Room said it had pullout and didn’t. Said we would have rooms close and they were on different floors. One floor we had, workers started scraping the walls at 8a.m and they said they couldn’t cancel one of the rooms at check in.
-
The pool was cold and you couldn’t even swim. Floor in one of the elevators the title was broken.
-
They overbooked and it was quite surprising to check in and then be surprised when someone was already in the room when we walked in. They no longer had any 2 x Queen beds and that made it a bit difficult after being shifted to a King + sofa pairing. Their resolution? $30 refund. Was not impressed.
-
It was clean and well located.
