Very clean and nice hotel right in University Campus

The hotel is showing signs of aging, but the prices are not reflecting that. The staff is great though!

When we arrived at 4 pm on August 1, 2025, the room that we reserved was not ready. We had an event to attend so we were not able to wait for the room to be ready. We had to accept a room with a double queen instead of a king bed. We were very disappointed that the room we reserved was not ready an hour after check in. We were not told where to park “just anywhere in the parking lot”. We were not told where the elevator was located, about complimentary breakfast, the amenities available, the location of any vending or ice machines or any additional concierge services.

Very clean, spacious and comfortable rooms.

The only issue I encountered was with the sink faucet. The faucet is not well matched to the size of the sink. The water stream is very narrow, and part of the water splashes onto the countertop instead of flowing directly into the sink. It would be great if this could be improved.

This was conveniently located for a family reunion. The bar and restaurant were great and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Very clean and nice staff. Queen beds were a little uncomfortable but overall was one of the best Marriott’s I’ve stayed at.

Over priced!

Hotel was very clean and the overall feel was upbeat and fun.

You can’t beat the hotel’s location if you’re using the U of I Hospitals and Clinics. It’s within walking distance. This hotel also has a free shuttle. The driver couldn’t have been more accommodating! Everything about our stay was perfect, beginning with Fernanda at the check-in desk.

N/A No tea bogs in the coffee bin in the room. No complimentary body lotion etc. no plastic silverware with coffee items in room.

Especially handy for hospital visits or sporting events, it's central location is also a plus whether you want to hit downtown IC, or head over the hill to Corral

The room was very nice. Recycling bin was provided. Shower nice and the bed was comfortable I like a dark room for sleeping. I slept in, but the sun was quite bright. I could not figure out how to darken the room. I do not like taking surveys, especially when the price I paid was $30 higher than promotions I received for the same hotel after I already had booked. The coffee provided in the room was not very good.
