The hotel was okay. We have only chose it because it's close to the airport and it was affordable for just one night. The staff at the reception could be nicer and they could answer the phone sometimes.

This hotel burned around 3 weeks ago and no one let us know The fact that we didn¿t stay there because it burned and is permanently closed

Never live in the Comfort Inn again, because the hotel may be on fire and burn all your personal items without compensation. You can do nothing but engage in a lawsuit with them and wait for years. The service there is the worse I have ever saw.

Everything!! Staff are amazing and so aee the rooms and the breakfast. Always love to come here when I visit Irving! It was burned down, and truly miss it. Was a tragedy that it burned down

The phone number that was automatically put into the airport phone for transportation, was the corporate number not a direct line to the hotel. The bathroom in the hotel room smelled strongly like mold and overpowered the bedroom.

They only clean your room every third day, so staying from Monday through Saturday wasn't enough. It was only cleaned once on Thursday afternoon

was able to book a room. our flight was cancelled and we needed something close to airport. The room smelled like it had a wet floor so it had a very musty smell that took a while to get used to. that was the main issue. we were looking for a cheap room close to airport but the room smelled musty.

The staff was friendly, the breakfast was good and hot. The pool was clean and warm. I will stay here again when I'm back in Dallas, TX. the shuttle guy was a lil rude.

Transportation from airport is awful. Third party van for numerous hotels in area. Waited and called for over hour.
