Property is good, beds are small, only one elevator on property so very inconvenient, breakfast was not good, tv was extremely small for the price it was not worth it. Staff was very helpful and shuttle to and from airport was convenient.

Worst part was getting to the third floor and me and my coworker started smelling something off. We get in the room and the smell is stronger, we put a flashlight on the a/c unit and there's black mold on it. At this point both me and my coworker's sinuses are reacting, we go down and tell the staff we want to cancel the reservation as we don't believe the hotel is safe to stay in. They tell me to take it up with Expedia. I end on the phone with Expedia for 40min as they try and call the hotel and get it canceled. The staff said the Finance Manger only works 10-2 Monday to Friday. Expedia tried to call multiple times to get this canceled and no one would return their calls. So now I have to pay a penalty fee for canceling even though the hotel was not safe and we literally were in the room 1min and walked back out.

Clean, helpful staff. Good price. Close to airport and you can leave your car for up to 2 weeks for $10 a day.

Its not possible to fly into dfw stand in the oppressive hest for over an hour after calling the hotel to let them know i arrived and watch two shuttles go by to get 2.2 miles away It doesn't bring me back to that hotel

Hotel was ok. I would not stay there again. The first night our room was on the side by the highway. It was so loud we couldn’t sleep. The front desk person finally let us change rooms to the other side for the second night. Loud guests at night and in the morning. Breakfast had great reviews and was one reason I picked this hotel. It was not good.

A great stay for a layover. Biggest perk is the Indian food truck in the back parking lot. Clean, friendly staff, comfortable bed, and good breakfast options.

We had a great stay! The staff was amazing and everything was super convenient and easy, especially being so close to the Dallas airport. The only thing I wish they would improve is making the parking permit requirement a little clearer. The QR code for the parking permit was only displayed at the front desk and nowhere else, so we were unaware that a permit was needed. Other than that, we had a great experience and would definitely stay again!

Room was clean. Good size room. Breakfast was the same every day, but sufficient. Staff were helpful when asking for extra towels. Soap provided was not great, went to a Walmart and picked up our own. Water presser was weak. TV was small. Beds not the most comfortable. Overall, worth what we paid for and served its purpose.
