Rooms had cockroaches. Unacceptable

Will stay again!

The agent at the front desk was extremely rude. Had to change rooms three times because the TVs didn’t work and towards the end of my stay, he called me a sir, when nothing about me as a sir, and we got into a verbal disagreement. I definitely would not book here again outside of it being clean that that’s about the only plus the shuttle never came to pick me up either, so yeah, we never do this again.

All toiletries not in room and TV was not operable as it was down!

The only concern was that the Airport shuttle was through a third party and very disorganized and took a long time, as it picked up multiple hotels all at once. The Shuttle to the airport was better than the arrival.

Pleasantly surprised when we entered our rooms, they were cool, spacious and super clean. Not sure I’d stay again purely because of the sweltering lobby and common areas.

No vending machines on the floors just downstairs

Everything was great except the A/C was broken in the elevator and smelled strange.

The staff was very helpful , the breakfast was great!

Terrible odor in the hallways and in need of deep cleaning. Room was not much better. Staff were hard to find and get help from.

The room barely has any light fixtures and the TV didn't work. The shuttle to the airport was horrible. It was 15 minutes late for pick up, had to go to 2 other hotels for pick ups and instead of dropping everyone off at their respective terminals, he pulled up to Terminal B and made everyone get out. No explanation, just get out and you can figure out where to go. He was extremely rude about it.

Was ok clean.

I only needed it for one night. So breakfast and the airport shuttle were very important to me. Clean room and quiet.

and shuttle see u r was the worse . They lied about pick up times. And it was long long waits . Makeup bag was also missing at end of stay there

Staff somewhat rude and the shuttle program from airport to hotel I waited every night from my job at airport to hotel 17 days always being lied to about a pick up time . 20 minutes was never true 1 1/2 hours was more truthful .
