Service was excellent. From the shuttle drivers to the front desk attendant. Everyone very helpful

My room TV didn’t work resulting in the room change on admission. Breakfast bar not refreshed with food timely. Waffle mix empty, meat pan had one sausage link. Same scenario the next morning no one frequently checking and refilling food ended up at Waffle House. Housekeeping came by once. Finally, $3 for a standard snicker bar!

Nice hotel for the price.
-
I liked the free breakfast It was extremely difficult getting someone to clean the room. I had to go to the front desk 4 times, 3 days to get someone to clean my room. i was very disappointed. ..

It’s fair. I was charged an extra booking fee for incidentals but the hotel did not refund it. It is a wrong practice.
