Super 8 by Wyndham Irving/DFW Apt/North

Very dirty room with hair in the shower and a very dirty bathroom counter. The floors in the halls were extremely worn, and the carpet in the room was very dirty. My room looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed for quite a long time. The door to my room did not properly close and lock, so I wedged a chair underneath the handle to prevent any unwelcome visitors. The hotel was just very dirty and gross. I wish that I could rate it higher, but I can’t. I won’t be staying here again.

It just wasn't very nice. Maybe older buildings. Stuff in the shower and bed where taped up with clear tape. They had free orange juice, which was excellent and coffee but i didn't try it.

Roaches in bathroom. Tile loose in bathroom making walking difficult. Carpet in hallway has many stains. No one at front desk early am not sure why. If you want to stay at hotel that looks like they don’t care, this is your place.

The rooms were not clean nor were they cool. The front desk person said they were fixing to cancel our reservation because we didn’t check in at 3. Basically you get what you pay for. The shuttle service was the only reason we stayed.

Terrible breakfast, no coffee, the property needs a serious remodel. The microwave and refrigerator cabinets had tape to keep them shut, the knobs falling off. Blood splatters on the wall where previous guests killed a bug. Holes in the bed spread. The only decent characteristic was the staff.

No phone, not tv working, not helping staff...very bad experience

Airport shuttle was good. Just stayed one night after our flight. Served its purpose and reasonable rates.

Great place to stay love all the pillows they put on the bed

Staff is friendly, place is quiet and near DFW airport.

Good beds

Simply put, granola bars do not constitute a free breakfast. There needs to be more variety. Would I come back? Only if it's a last resort.

Had to plug in all lights. No heater.

Free breakfast was only coffee, fruit juice and cereal bar.

Found a live cockroach crawling on the bed and night stand. Checked out immediately.

The odors of tabaco and other substances was really strong.

It could have been better.

The pictures were very vague, I had to move from the original room because soon as I walked in I smelled mildew and urine. The whole room looked like it was under renovation and they just decided to stop. I requested to change rooms after going back and forth I was moved to another room that room was more suitable but the air decided on it’s on when it would come on and having seen a few unwanted guest crawling on the walls. The elevator has roaches crawling in the door way. None of the amenities were available. If I was able to get a refund I would have just took the loss. It’s like they know the place is horrible and that’s why they say no refunds after check-in. I will request to see the rooms now before check-in at any hotel moving forward.
