The location As soon as you walked in it smelled. It could use a deep cleaning.

Provided comfy bed, cold air conditioning, and warm shower after an evening full of airport delays and subsequent flight cancelation. Complimentary airport shuttle service was appreciated.

It was an overall excellent stay.

Friendly, helpful staff. Clean premises. Great location for first and last nights in Dallas. We were in a noisy room on arrival to Dallas and mentioned this when we came back on departing Dallas. Although we were given a room at the other end of the hotel, it was opposite where some staff came for a break, so was noisy on and off through the night.
