The breakfast service was not well attended. Rooms were spacious and well designed.

Clean room. Close to airport. Shuttle staff was good and fast. Staff mostly seemed to be doing the minimum to get by. I would stay again despite this because of convenience.

The airport shuttle took over an hour and a half to pick us up…. The hotel is only 10 minutes away from the airport- how does that make sense. The staff when we called multiple times were extremely unhelpful nor caring. Then when we FINALLY arrived, the front desk person was rude. The room was simply gross- we were greeted with a used Q-tip on the floor as we walked in with then crumbs on the counter, crumbs and hair on the bed, and TOILET PAPER shoved into and sticking out of the peep hole of the door. The microwave was dirty and still had “32 seconds” left from the prior use. It literally looks like they remade the bed of the previous guest and checked us in. We didn’t even stay the night, we left after 15 minutes of checking in. 0/10 recommended. Spend the couple extra dollars and stay elsewhere.

We got to the hotel and immediately noticed an unpleasant smell across the entire property. Riding the elevator was unpleasant with the smell. The hallway was interesting and had construction following the same smell. The room itself was OK but we didn’t get a change of towels or any room service the entire four nights we stayed there. Trash built-up there and we noticed ants. We asked one of the room cleaners who was nice, but she seemed overwhelmed with the amount of work and unable to provide service on her own. Overall the room itself was OK but the stay was not the most comfortable.

The breakfast is a joke

Hotel was good .I was annoyed after emailing and calling the hotel never responded, regarding the shuttle from the airport to the hotel and how to get it. So unless you are going from the hotel to the airport. I would say the shuttle is not available.

Very quick. Great stay if you have a layover at DFW. The 24/7 shuttle was a nice option.

They need to take a little more time on cleaning the shower walls, Bath towel had yellow stands, the outside was full of trash and lawn, they do not have an ice machine, and front desk staff a man was very short when responding after asking a question……

Okay for a quick night's sleep for a early morning flight. The airport van ran right on time.

Great clean and comfortable hotel.

The staff was rude, uninformative and not professional. Lacked customer service skills. The lobby restroom was a disaster. No tissue, handsoap or paper towels the entire day. The room had an odor even with laminate flooring. I canceled my 2nd day. Will not book there again. Very disappointed for a Wyndam Hotel.

So I went to the car got all my things came back in and that’s when he told me that because we didn’t check in before 11:30 PM. He canceled our reservation. Nowhere in the fine print did it say that. So basically two different stories. The same was happening to another set of people that evening And they just did not seem to care Avoid them at all costs

The only thing that I did not like is there was not cook ware.

From the moment we arrived, my husband, our newborn baby, and I were respectful, quiet, and courteous. We did not create any disturbances or give staff any reason to treat us differently. We simply expected the same level of professionalism and hospitality that every guest should receive. Unfortunately, our interactions with the front desk staff were consistently unpleasant. On multiple occasions, I called the front desk requesting towels for our room. My calls repeatedly went unanswered. After calling several times, someone finally answered, but the tone and attitude I received made me feel as though I was inconveniencing the staff by asking for a basic hotel service. Throughout our stay, every request seemed to be treated as though it was a burden rather than part of the customer service guests are entitled to receive. The treatment we experienced left me feeling unwelcome. As a Black woman traveling with my husband and our newborn—less than two weeks after giving birth—I found the experience especially hurtful. During one of our interactions, I observed one of the front desk employees providing noticeably friendlier and more attentive service to White guests immediately before or after interacting with us.

nothing good to say service and reception are highly unprofessional. we had booked a room for a couple hours as we had a connected flight in the early morning. once we arrived at the hotel , it was already very late and we were tired from a long travel. the reception then tells us without any prior notice despite being on the phone with me several times for directions and tips on the shuttle bus service, that all rooms are unavailable due to water damage. this is understandable but despite our ongoing communication on the phone within the same hour , nothing about a cancellation was said over the phone or sent by email. we arrived to the hotel and were told that our booking cannot be made & they suggested we go elsewhere.
