The staff was rude, uninformative and not professional. Lacked customer service skills. The lobby restroom was a disaster. No tissue, handsoap or paper towels the entire day. The room had an odor even with laminate flooring. I canceled my 2nd day. Will not book there again. Very disappointed for a Wyndam Hotel.

So I went to the car got all my things came back in and that’s when he told me that because we didn’t check in before 11:30 PM. He canceled our reservation. Nowhere in the fine print did it say that. So basically two different stories. The same was happening to another set of people that evening And they just did not seem to care Avoid them at all costs

The only thing that I did not like is there was not cook ware.

From the moment we arrived, my husband, our newborn baby, and I were respectful, quiet, and courteous. We did not create any disturbances or give staff any reason to treat us differently. We simply expected the same level of professionalism and hospitality that every guest should receive. Unfortunately, our interactions with the front desk staff were consistently unpleasant. On multiple occasions, I called the front desk requesting towels for our room. My calls repeatedly went unanswered. After calling several times, someone finally answered, but the tone and attitude I received made me feel as though I was inconveniencing the staff by asking for a basic hotel service. Throughout our stay, every request seemed to be treated as though it was a burden rather than part of the customer service guests are entitled to receive. The treatment we experienced left me feeling unwelcome. As a Black woman traveling with my husband and our newborn—less than two weeks after giving birth—I found the experience especially hurtful. During one of our interactions, I observed one of the front desk employees providing noticeably friendlier and more attentive service to White guests immediately before or after interacting with us.

Room was full of flying ants and small ants

It was ok. Not the best place I have stayed. Very noisy all night long from other patrons. But I was in a tight situation and needed a quick place on short notice.

Clean room and friendly front desk attendant.

The room was good except for there was cook top but no cookware, there NO cups, plates or silverware. There was an ironing board BUT no iron. And NO ice machine on the premises!
-
Staff was not welcoming. Kitchen had nothing. Not even a glass for water. Cheap looking

We did receive the room we booked, but there were no bath towels, no linens for the sofa bed, and it’s an overall dumpy facility. Photos are not reflective of actual quality. Apparently it used to be an Extended Stay America and they used new paint and flooring to capture a rebrand. Safe? Ish. Convenient? Well, I’d use the word close. The shuttle did work in the morning for us so that was the one plus. Room was clean but feels more like a dorm room than a hotel room.

Airport shuttle service was terrible when we get there

The helpdesk associate does not speak clear English. I had a very hard time ordering airport chattel.

It was a good hotel. I recommend

It’s a convenient location from the airport. It seems clean for the most part except for the giant cockroach in our bathtub. The rooms have almost full kitchens which is nice. The breakfast they have in the morning is quite sad it’s yogurt cereal toast and waffles you can make that don’t really work very well. The syrup obtained was all messed up went everywhere. Coffee is meh. Check in was super easy barely spoke to me just asked my name and gave me a room key. It’s not too noisy though considering its proximity to the airport. Parking is free they don’t give you conditioner though just shampoo. Just things I noticed but it was good for one night

Room was clean. Staff were very unhelpful. Room had a kitchen but not one item for it. No silverware, no plates, no glasses and no bits or pans. What do you do with a stove top if you don't have a pan? We missed our flight and could not get our luggage so no toothbrushes or even a comb. The front desk did not have any. No click, no phone in the room. Breakfast was pitiful. Waffles but no syrup. The milk was empty for cereal. We waited over an hour for the shuttle that never came. We called 2 times. We had to take an uber. I choose this hotel due to the shuttle and breakfast. I would NOT choose them again.

WAITED 2 HOURS FOF THE SHUTTLE AND CALLED THEM ABOUT 5 TIMES AND THEY KEPT SAYING 5 MORE MINUTES. RIDICULOUS. TO TOP IT OFF, WOKE UP FOR “COMPLIMENTARY” BREAKFAST AND THE ONLY OPTIONS WERE WAFFLES AND COFFEE. THE MILK WAS OBVIOUSLY LEFT OUT BECAUSE IT CAME OUT IN CHUNKS. 0 STARS.
