I honestly don’t know where to start. My stay at Magnuson Extended Stay and Suites Airport Hotel was absolutely terrible. The hotel was infested with roaches. I saw so many roaches throughout the room that I was extremely uncomfortable staying there. This was not just seeing one bug and moving on. There were multiple roaches, and it completely ruined my stay. The sheets were dirty, the room did not feel properly cleaned, and the AC was not working properly, which made the room even more uncomfortable. What made the situation worse was the front desk staff was not accommodating or helpful when I brought these issues to their attention. Instead of making me feel like they were trying to resolve the problem, I felt like I was being blamed for the situation. I’ll take some responsibility myself because I should have read the negative reviews before booking this hotel. Looking back, I should have paid much more attention to what previous guests were saying. But even with that mistake on my part, this was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had. Paying to stay somewhere should not mean having to deal with roaches, dirty sheets, a malfunctioning AC, and poor customer service. I would never stay at Magnuson Extended Stay and Suites Airpot

The shower Handel was broken, the sheet were smelling had to get 3 sets change, floor was so dirty, the room was not cooling when the temperature was at 110. The corridor was full od cigarette buds and smoke smell. One hell of a terrible experience

The restaurant at this location is amazing. It fills up and gets quite busy. The food is great. Our hotel room had a foul odor. We think it was the chair in the room. The WIFI did not work in our room, we were on the 3rd floor. The area was quite dirty around the hotel as well. We did not enjoy staying there but we were gone all day so it was just a cheap place to sleep.

Unfortunately, there was nothing positive about my stay. This is by far the worst hotel/motel I have ever visited. Upon arrival, I witnessed suspicious activity outside the rooms, including what appeared to be a drug deal. The area felt unsafe and unsanitary, with trash visible under the stairwells and a strong, unpleasant odor throughout the property. My room was in poor condition: the deadbolt didn’t work, requiring staff assistance to enter; the furniture was broken; the bed sheets were stained; and there was dried blood in the bathroom sink. The privacy curtain was ripped, and the room smelled strongly of cigarettes and mildew. Only one light worked, and I found dead cockroaches in the drawers and under the bed. As someone with military experience, I can confidently say this was the most unsanitary and poorly maintained place I have ever stayed. This property should be inspected by health authorities, as it poses a serious risk to guests.
