Hampton Inn & Suites Irving Hwy 183

My first stay at this location and I'm glad this is where my family and I stayed. The staff was great, the rooms, pool area, and exercise facilities were excellent. They have coffee, tea, and fruit infused water in the lobby all day. Great driving distance for us. There was also several places in the plaza next to hotel and a gas station at the end of the block.

Very clean!! My only complaint would be that the staff is not very good at explaining that your card would be charged for parking and incidentals, which isn't the issue, but it would have been nice to be told it was happening. Overall, the stay was nice. Rooms were very clean, breakfast was great and I would stay again.

Everything was clean & the rooms were quiet. Breakfast was good. I would stay there again.

Breakfast was above average for taste. Coffee was excellent. Staff was friendly. Smiled and greeted. Stopped to pick up my trash at one poit! Our upstair neighbor had an active child who did not go to sleep. At midnight, we complained and they gave them another room. Maybe should consider giving people with young children rooms on the first floor or rooms with a vacancy under them, if possible.

The AC didn’t seem to functioning properly. It wasn’t too hot but definitely not as cool as I would prefer. It was noticeably warm in the hallways. The only issue was the overwhelming smell of marijuana that was in the hall and at some points came into our room but once we mentioned it staff was very helpful. Overall we would stay here again

I also have proof I never stayed in the room. The place is sketchy to many people hanging out in front of the rooms. Loud music was playing directly where I was placed. The room was clean. King bed two big for the space.

The property was very nice and clean. The only thing wrong was there was a lot of hair in the pool.

Clean room, nice breakfast, wide car parking lot. Close to DFW, Convenient to visit Dallas down town and ATT field. may come back in the future

Very clean facility perfect for families or people traveling for work. Daily breakfast was delicious!

My flight got canceled in Dallas so I had to find a hotel for the night. This hotel was bright and clean and looked cute. Beds were comfortable.
