everything was great very professional excellent excellent breakfast

There was no remote control for the tv you couldn’t change anything manually to use. They brought me a remote after a few calls/hours and it didn’t work either. The staff couldn’t figure it out so very crappy stay when you are traveling and get a room to relax and watch tv. They knew there was no remote when they cleaned the room and that should have been addressed instead of renting room and not saying anything. Very unhappy and will not stay there again.

This is a great no frills hotel in Jackson. The staff is very helpful, the property is clean and well maintained. The amenities are meh and the breakfast is akin to a military chow hall but I continue to book here because there is ample parking and the hotel id a very easy four block walk to downtown Jackson.

It was a very nice property, it was clean and they do accept pets. What they don't let you know is that they charge you $25 a day for the pet.... they only have one ice machine and it's only in one building so if you're in the opposite direction you have to travel a bit to go and get your ice... No biggie. The room was comfortable, because we have the pet we were downstairs and have a sliding door to the green area where the pet can go and relieve themselves. The included breakfast was great! Waffles, cereal and milk fresh fruit muffins oatmeal fruit juice yogurt with granola and fruit, bagels and toast eggs and turkey sausage one day regular sausage the next and chorizo and eggs another day. It was very good! The staff was very helpful We had a chance to chat with Lisa in the morning at breakfast.... She was very happy and very accommodating and it was just very Nice surroundings. The only downer, was the bed was as hard as a rock! It needed at least a two or three inch pillow top to be comfortable. Thankfully we only stayed two nights that's about all that are backs could stand. Because of that the rating was just short of a five-star review. Maybe next time we come to visit Jackson, you will have included pillow tops....

The staff at the counter were rude. Unaccommodating. The pictures shown on the website are not accurate depictions of the property. The swimming pool is a tiny hole in the middle of the parking lot. Rooms are dirty, and this hotel is being used by the city to help house homeless people overnight. Police activity and lots of unsavory people lurking.

For the price this place is amazing in the heart of Jackson bunch of things to do around. The room was huge very spacious for a big family nothing was dirty or broken. Pool could use some cleaning but we swam stress free.

Good hotel. Had issues with the room and the staff moved us without issue.

Staff was helpful but the place the common areas are pretty run down. Outside doors dont close and are often left open.

Room clean and request for extra blanket taken care of by Amazing Austin at front desk. 🍪upon check in was a tasty treat. I should have taken an extra one for my husband.. I think baking SLOT of cookies would have been a SWEET idea….❤️💕🙋♀️

The girls in the office were extremely sweet and helpful. The breakfast and coffee in the lobby were a huge plus. We were only there over night but I’m definitely planning on coming back!!

The check in staff for whatever reason questioned my booking, for a two queen pet friendly room, and I had told them that it was the cheapest room available from Hotels.com. The receptionist continued to try and upsell me a smaller room that would've cost me more. The room itself, 130 A, had a bit of an odor to it, which I think was either mold or mildew. The beds and pillows were rock hard, and the cockroaches came out at night in the bathroom. The only upside was the breakfast, the lady serving up the food was friendly, it was fresh, aside from the turkey sausage it was fantastic. The guy working the desk when we checked out didn't seem like he was all there, or interested in doing his actual job. I will never stay here again, the only ray of sunshine this place has it that it was cheap, the homeless stayed away from it, and the breakfast.
