So nice to have plenty of towels! Front desk very helpful and kind. Nice balcony but didn’t know you share it with another room. View wasn’t great, probably wouldn’t pay the extra for a balcony. Very comfortable bed! Carpet throughout the hotel seemed old and had a lot of spots. Understandable it’s a very old but charming hotel. The shower head was amazing, felt like we had a massage 😊 Nice to stay in such a historic hotel, thank you.

Great location at 1 book end of downtown. Historic features were very interesting and charming. Renovated RN Restaurant. There wasn't enough seating in the room and virtually no counter space in the bathroom

Nice staff that tried to remedy the problem below. Smoke alarm beeping kept us up late.

The only issue was a discrepancy between our booked rate and the higher rate we were charged at the property. I have contacted Expedia and hoping to get the issue resolved.

disappointing no breakfast, only coffee, which we don’t drink Light in the room wasn’t bright enough. TV sound was inadequate, could hear the people next door talking laughing etc.

Very thin walls made it difficult to sleep. The plumbing was loud. No refrigerator.

Beautiful room with a balcony overlooking the courtyard. Perfect for coffee in the morning. The bed was very comfortable and the room decor was perfect for the feel of the hotel. Excellent stay, thank you!

Historic hotel property that is well kept, but is dark. Our room was loud from A/C units outside our window. Could hear music from bar and kitchen area. Nice staff and decent food. Chef Clayton turned out some good food.
