Quality Inn & Suites Jackson

Room was spacious, very clean, appliances were old and refrigerator was loud but very convenient. Very few outlets were available for charging phones or other electronics. Location was very quiet.

We love the swimming pool, our kids had fun. This place is pleasant, quiet and with continental breakfast included, it’s our second time here. Thank you Quality Inn!!!

Be really enjoyed. Our stay here for my husband's birthday weekend. The staff was wonderful. The room was outstanding. The swimming pool clean, great little place to say.

Team Absolutely nothing

The owners are very helpful, rooms are spotless, breakfast is hot eggs waffles and great coffee. Nothing out of the ordinary, this is my choice hotel when working in the area.

The rooms are big BUT dirty. The floors are never cleaned to expect black feet. People on heavy drugs everywhere keeping you up all night. No sleep. Dirty floors. Poop on toilet paper upon arrival. This place was DIRTY

TV was difficult to turn on. Breakfast should have included sausage or bacon. Hot sauce for the artificial scrambled eggs would be a good idea. Gravy was only served one day during my stay. Host was gracious.

Was looking for a room with three beds unfortunately I found this hotel that was absolutely disgusting. The curtains and blinds had a layer of scum on them. There were a couple more things that were more disgusting I cannot put on here that were found. I would not recommend anyone to stay here.

Great!!!

The stuff was nice. My only thing was that the floor in my bathroom was dirty. Had hairs on the floor.

Amenities: No hand soap or body wash. Handsoap is a basic…who the heck doesn’t put handsoap in their hotel room?! This was frustrating especially in a room that allows pets and I have twin infants and couldn’t even wash my hands to make their bottles. There was also a tweaker in the dumpster when we went to check out the next morning. Their breakfast tasted gr es t but after seeing the quality of the rooms made me sincerely worry about the proper food safety. Don’t waste your money here, the Best Western down the road seemed like it would have been a MUCH better option.

Staff was very nice

Rooms were remarkably clean although not super modern. Bathrooms were spotless and good showers. Easy parking, nice staff, decent breakfast. Did not use pool. Convenient to 3 casinos in area and Sutter Creek and other tourist attractions.

I like the room very neat clean and smell fresh I didn’t like tht they didn’t have a downstairs room available and I requested it. Had to pay extra money for another room. I didn’t like tht the water was filling up in the bathroom sink and wouldn’t go down

The room could have been cleaned more thoroughly. Desk clerk was helpful and pleasant. Didn’t take advantage of breakfast so can’t rate it. Parking was adequate.

It had a couch Just a bit tired

The room was large and quiet. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was kind and helpful. Wonderful pool. The kitchen needs dish soap and dish towels and another coffee mug.

Unfortunately the cleanliness of this hotel was terrible. The entire room smelt like animal urine and it was just an awful smell we had to sleep with the windows open. Not only that but when we woke up the next morning there were fleas on us. The beds are infested with fleas. Do not stay here.
