Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Jackson by IHG

We usually stay at the Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites while visiting family in Jackson. The staff was friendly and professional, and the property, parking lot, room, common areas, and pool were clean and safe. The only things that would have made this stay a little better were lounge chairs in the pool area and a stronger bathroom fan. There was no place to lie by the pool, and the bathroom fan does not clear the steam from the shower very well. Otherwise, another nice stay!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I have to be gluten free so the breakfast variety was excellent. Lots for everyone to choose from. The only thing I felt they needed to improve was the cleanliness of the pool and outside area. Water looked clean but algae could be seen on the walls of pool and hot tub.

Location was nice, the pool and hot tub were good. About what to expect from a free breakfast. Spring mattresses and maybe just the room we stayed in but it had an annoying like beep for 30 second on 30 off.

Daytime staff were great, hotel generally clean and good, we liked the breakfast in particular. The night shift when we checked in was a bit unhelpful with getting us set up with a crib and we had to improvise a bit.

Everything was clean fresh and comfortable We’ll be back!

Hot tub not working. More remodeling going on…

The carpet was extremely dirty The curtains were dirty and coming off The bathroom ceiling had mold or something that looks like mold Rooms don’t look like expensive hotel they look more like Motel, We Iike to stay in nice hotel that’s way we choose not cheap ones

Rooms and breakfast area were very clean. Shower had good pressure. Beds comfortable.

The TV didn’t work. The toilet seat was broken. The hairdryer didn’t work and then we woke up with Aunt and us in our bed all over my child and myself and they did nothing to help us no refund no change of room no nothing it was the worst day I’ve ever had in my entire life. I recommend you looking elsewhere if you’re looking for a place to stay

Staff was so helpful and nice

Welcoming staff at the front desk, clean room, nice breakfast. Coffee machines at the lobby were a plus, too.

Space in the rooms. The way they treat customers not very welcoming.

The location to my family‘s house celebration of Easter. Hot tub didn’t work. Pancake machine the next morning was broken. But those little little things. The blackout curtains did not close all the way. We were able to use a binder clip to get them for about 98% however they also blocked the air-conditioning unit, which is isolated it from the room effectively having a miserable night environmentally. We’re on the first floor so you have to close the curtains. Otherwise my girlfriend felt very self-conscious.

The location was perfect for every thing we had planned. The breakfast wasn’t very good, but it was a nice addition since it was so convenient and right there.

Room and property very clean. Beds super comfortable. Nice breakfast and courteous staff.

Breakfest was not that good. Eggs were very dry and somewhat cold.

The room was clean, quiet, and the right temperature. The staff were great. The breakfast setup worked well for me. The motel was easy to get to and close to the downtown. It would have been more convenient for me if check-in was earlier than 4:00. The door to my room was quite difficult to open and close. It needs adjustment in its frame. I could never figure out how to operate the television but it wasn't a big deal for me. The coffee maker didn't work when I tried it in the morning. The phone/radio/alarm clock unit gave a beep or two beeps randomly during the night about every few hours waking me up. It was not ringing and it was not an alarm, just one or two beeps. This was a big deal.

It was in a good area and quiet. I came a little early but couldn’t get a room and I have medicine that had to be refrigerated. They wouldn’t help me. I had to bag my medicine in ice and put it in my car and drive all the way back to Murphys and didn’t get back to the hotel until 9:30pm.
