The room, the view, the staff and the cleanliness was spectacular. Truly an amazing stay. Will be recommending.

Beautiful view of the Tetons from our back door. Wildlife on the property. Pool and hot tub, horseback riding, tennis on site. Grocery store is close. Convenient to both Jackson Hole and the Grand Tetons. No restaurant, so plan accordingly, but a full kitchen. Quiet, peaceful, comfortable after a long day in the park, clean. Great place to stay! Recommend highly.

Our room was poor condition, stained and worn carpets and furniture. A toilet that ran 24/7. Spend your money somewhere else.

The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was clean and functional.

The room was comfortable. However the carpet was filthy and so was the sofa! Needs a good cleaning or updating! Bed was smaller than we expected and not as comfortable as we had hoped, but the bedding was clean.

Fantastic view of the Cathedral Group from the south. It looks like every room has the same view as well. We had elk sleeping outside our back door and there were moose roaming the property as well. The sheets were a little stiff and starchy which made rolling over in bed a little disruptive.

Spring Creek Ranch was a very nice place to stay. It was close to Jackson, and located off the beaten path. Wood burning fireplace in our unit was a nice touch, however, we didn't use it. Comfy furniture and a nice decor. Hot showers and and great water pressure. The beds were and pillows were comfortable. Shuttle service was offered but had limited hours where you could bsed.

Loved the location as it was a short drive into Jackson. The multiple rooms were large and charming character touches throughout. Bears on the bunks in loft. No microwave but they heated our leftovers at office if needed. Would definitely stay here again!

Bed was awful ver uncomfortable, not a true queen, no Martina’s or cover on mattress, requested king, sliding door difficult to open screen stuck hard to open, very tight to move around upper area no room for luggage, no ac, outside furniture dirty, no contact from any staff after check in, original room 2nd floor steep stairs no elevator for handicap

Absolutely stunning view, comfortable bed, tons of wildlife. We loved the fireplace and artwork. The staff was friendly, and helpful. We would definitely stay again and will be recommending to our friends.

We had a nice stay. Property is easily convenient with a car to downtown and to the Tetons. No AC and lots of mosquitos when you open the door. First night I was battling mosquitos. Second night we found the fan which helped. People at front desk were nice. It was a decent stay.

Nothing Terrible location no air conditioning very buggy in and out of room

Love the setting and view of the tetons. Unfortunately the Tv had continuous problems which maintenance could not get fixed

The location of the property was good, views were beautiful. The grounds were well maintained. Our individual unit needed a lot of updating, the carpet was very bad and several floor tiles in bathroom were cracked. It could use updated furniture as well.

This lodging Is Tucked away up in the mountains about two miles from the highway. It is very secluded and quiet. The lobby welcome area is by the pool. The Pool is fantastic and never very crowded. They have a nice concesión stand there with a nice variety of drinks and snacks. The lobby interior is very dated and needs a make over ! It is kind of drab and dark. It is not very welcoming. The staff is nice. Keith a manager helped us when we had an issue with our room. We had a beautiful two bedroom second floor condo with a terrific view. Every accomdation is a house, villa or condo. There is no restaurant on site and a small gift shop. We walked every morning and night , and it was so peaceful and beautiful. Ten minute drive to Jackson Hole. One afternoon i saw a moose Just a few feet away from me! The horse stables are nice and my sister did a trail ride. Overall i would recommend this property for the quiet, beauty , scenery and proximity to downtown and the AirPort. Maybe not having a restaurant on site is a good thing for noise and crowd control. Monster Chocolate chip cookies in the lobby we’re the best thing. Lobby at reception área is very dreary and out dated. Staff was nice but not overly welcoming except for Keith. No housekeeping check in for the entire week.

Great place my only issue was the convenience of the gym is not good, every time you want to get in the staff has to open the door??? Makes no sense, the gym is well equipped very nice

The room was too small, and overly crowded with furniture that we didn't have any room to move around. The coffee maker, microwave, and refrigerator was in the bathroom. Which is gross and should be against health standards! I booked a suite which would normally mean you had a living room space. Nope no room to move about. The suite is also up 15 stairs which was very hard on us older people to walk up and down the stairs the whole 3 days we stayed there. I asked if we could be down graded to another room. The staff was NOT helpful at all. Our rooms was also NOT ready at the 4 pm check in time that states on the website. They were not ready for 2 and 1/2 hours later but yet nothing was compensated again! The staff was NOT helpful at all! The bathroom was a 1960 bath tub and shower! I paid alot of money for this place $2,000 to be this unhappy! I WILL NOT BE RECOMMENDING THIS PLACE! NOR WILL I EVER STAY HERE AGAIN!
