Beautiful, peaceful creek with plenty of places to sit and relax around the property. Perfect location out of the crowds of downtown but close enough to be there quickly if you’d like.

We stayed here twice - once before and once after our 4 day Yellowstone Safari. If you want to visit the Tetons, this is the perfect location. If you want to spend time in Yellowstone, Jackson is a bit far - doable (we did it), but probably should have spent just two more days in Jackson and then moved on to West Yellowstone or Cooke City for different access point to Yellowstone. Both times we stayed the staff was wonderful on check in. The drivers were super helpful as my 80 years young mom was struggling with some knee pain, and they helped her by transporting her in the golf cart. We also utilized the shuttle service and our driver was so great! The rooms were amazing - very clean and well appointed. The showers were wonderful after being in some "rougher" lodges during our safari. We took full advantage of the breakfast. I would suggest arriving early as most people visiting the parks are heading out around 6 - 7 am. It gets very busy up there in the loft where breakfast is served. Breakfast was always tasty and the attendants were always on top of keeping the space clean - shout out to my dudes Rodolfo and Luis - they were wonderful! This was definitely a treat for us and well worth the extra expense! Honestly - we loved everything. The shower during our second stay didn't drain well the first night, but we let the front office know and they sent someone to fix it in a timely manner. So, definitely not a complaint - actually a compliment that the staff attended to the issue at hand.

The location was great for going into town and getting to the airport. Beautiful grounds as well. The breakfasts were not great. The quality and variety were definitely not the best or what was expected for a top caliber hotel. The shuttle drivers were great. The other desk staff not too friendly.

The property was close to downtown. We walked there all the time! The grounds were beautiful and well maintained. Plenty of staff for anything that you needed. On highway and accessible to lots of things. If your cabin happened to be near a noisy group you could hear them. Eg-many with children would sit on the front porch and their children were loud. So much to do there so not sure why they used their porch as a recreation area.

    Fantastic breakfast included

Room next to creek was nice, outside fireplaces were awesome More variety for breakfast, was expecting a little more room in our room.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. The bathroom only had one sink. The air conditioning unit thermostat was a little off, but we were able to work around the problem. I wasn’t crazy about the layout with the rooms being separate from the lobby area.

    Great location! Jackson Hole prices.

Loved the nature walk, the rooms were cleaned every day by very nice and well trained staff, breakfast was included and good, walkable to town, shuttle was very available and easy to use. Could have had huckleberry jam since that is local. Small lobby. When weather was bad not a lot of places to go.

    Everything was great

    Landscape is beautiful, perfect location!

Wish the pool was a bit more secluded from the road, but still really enjoyed having that amenity. A hot tub soak is exactly what I needed after long days hiking trails in the Tetons.

Close to town so we were able to walk to eat and shop. The property was nicely kept with plenty of wildlife. Saw geese, goslings, trout and a beaver! Nice boardwalk and grassy area for an evening stroll and place for kids to play. Fire pits and lots of seating near the creek were great too. Nice breakfast included with stay. We did not use all the amenities but everything looked nice. Room wasn’t fully clean upon arrival. It was minor (dust on couch, drip spots on bar area) but surprised me to see such.

The food was a little overpriced for what you received, especially the flatbread and caprese salad. I was specifically disappointed with both dishes, as they didn’t match the value or expectations.

Where to start? Our cabin on the river was clean, comfortable, charming and spacious. The whole property was fun just to walk around and take in all the nature beauty and wildlife, even "The Moose". Everyone of the staff, to include: reception, shuttle drivers, waiters, bartenders, maids and ground staff, were professional, helpful and courteous. Complimentary breakfast was superb. Our dinner was excellent. The interior of the main building was western beautiful. The shuttle service made it so easy to get around Jasper rather than driving around trying to find a parking spot. Our two night stay was too short.

The room and grounds were beautiful. It was conveniently located to everything. I would highly recommend staying at this property. Breakfast was ok but more of a variety would be nice.
