The hotel is very expensive $400.00 a night for what should be less then $200.00 and it’s really run down. It’s old and dated and the upstairs balcony was wobbly and scary and the wood is splintering and I got a splinter in my foot from walking out on the balcony. I would not recommend this hotel.

The staff was friendly, the room was clean, and everything was nice!

We had very few complaints and the ones we did have were minimal. There isn't an elevator, which was fine for us, but may be difficult for others. And while I appreciate that the convenience store offers free coffee to guests, it was the worst coffee I have ever had in my life. I knew I couldn't expect much from gas station coffee, but it was bad. Definitely not a deal breaker. Overall we enjoyed our stay here and would stay again and recommend to family/friends.

Very good

This property was very clean. The room still smelled like bleach when we walked in. The view from the front is incredible. The beds were comfortable and the pillows ere nice and thick. It’s a few miles out of town, so you do have to drive in to get food, but convenient if leaving towards Teton National Park.

Amazing location and close to Jackson city

For the price breakfast could have been provided.

The room itself was a good size, the coffeemaker and mini fridge were great! The beds were comfortable and the proximity to the park and downtown area were good. It was very noisy, carpets are definitely needed in the upstairs rooms. The layout of the room wasn't great- the table and chairs had no light available, and the accompanying store was extremely overpriced. There were no elk in the refuge to see, as they only come to the refuge in the winter, we learned afterwards.

I booked this property pretty close to the last minute and had low expectations. The room was spotless and smelled fresh. There was good shower pressure with plenty of hot water. We expected road noise, due to location, but otherwise had a quiet stay, and the noise machine blocked out the highway sounds. I took off one star for value. I understand lodging in the area is expensive. However, upgraded linens, pillows, a full-sized hairdryer, and an iron/ironing board would have made us feel more as if we got what we paid for. Overall, a decent stay with an ideal location for us. We had limited interaction with staff, but they were helpful and friendly.

Convenient location to town and the Tetons. Basic, clean rooms, tho a bit dated. It fronts the main road, so traffic noise is unavoidable. That, however, is offset by the view of the Elk Preserve and the sounds of coyotes yipping at dusk in the distance.
