Best Western Plus Executive Residency Jackson Northeast

As soon as I walked through the door the staff was very helpful. Also the whole place was clean! Only thing was the heated pool wasn't warm enough and their snack room was expensive. Everything else was perfect. I would definitely stay again.

The room was clean, AC worked great and the breakfast was a plus. We would recommend!

Breakfast is good, and the staff are polite. The rooms need more thorough cleaning, especially the showers. A few areas also need additional attention to improve cleanliness.

I guess it's something about a good bathroom. The layout was amazing; the water pressure and entire showering experience was unmatched. I would be staying here time and time again just for the bathroom. This was my 1st time washing clothes @ a hotel and for $2,that was worth not having to luggage dirty clothes in my suitcase and having to wash when I got back home. I didn't get a chance to eat breakfast but I loved the fact that this hotel left out yogurt in the lobby for their guests to enjoy. Job well done!

The two ladies at the check-in desk were friendly and helpful. My son and I were able to get a room on the 1st floor which was very convenient. I had so much fun in the pool. I didn't get around to working out in the fitness room, but it's only because I didn't go down there and work out. The breakfast was very good. I even met some nice visitors during my stay. My son was very happy to be sleeping in a nice queen bed, and he was happy to be able to play his Xbox game while we stayed there. My son was impressed that, had we wanted to, there was even a grill outside that we could have used. My only regret is when I had to go home.

Make sure to call up there and see if they take your form of payment. they told me they got a new card system and couldn’t accept any of my cards!!! i gave them 4 different credit cards!!

The room was clean and looked well maintained. The staff were friendly. Our key card didnt work for the pool The next morning, staff had to let us in. If you intend to use a blow dryer, bring your own or you will need to ask the staff at the front. The atmosphere was mellow yet still enthusiastic. The gym area was much nicer than most hotels. It had more options and machines and open 24/7. Breakfast bar was on point with a range of different items, colors, and textures. I might get a slighgly larger hotel carts, the only one we were able to see & use was half the size of the larger one. Would it be okay to have the option for the larger models? The outside areas were clean and open. Would recommend to friends.
