We stayed for our family reunion and it was amazing. The staff was great. We loved our room looking out from the interstate and was close to all food places and gas if needed. The breakfast started at 6 and we got down there at 8:30 and they ran out of bacon and syrup for the waffles sadly, but the rest of the breakfast was AMAZING. The rooms were clean and had great toiletries if needed. Great experience!

When we checked in the front desk woman was on her phone texting. She was not friendly and barely gave us any information. The room was not clean. It was obvious that the bathroom floor and entry way floor had not been cleaned. There was hair on the floor and dirty spots on it. The shower was not clean and the room smelled like dog. Also, the chair cushion was stained with what appeared to be from a pet sleeping there. Highly disappointing stay. We will not be choosing any Best Western hotels in the future.

The hotel was super nice and clean. We were looking forward to the heated salt water pool, but when we went for a swim the pool was cold. The gym equipment was ok. The bike didn’t work but everything else did what it was supposed to do. We went for the overnight stay for the 4th of July. The area around was nice, the rooms were super clean, and breakfast was good.

The bathroom needed more attention. Shower wasn't clean. Neither was the bathroom floor. Had I been staying longer than a night, I would've asked for another room.

Our room was great. The only issue we had was the battery went dead on our door and the people had to basically break in so that we could get into our room but other than that the breakfast was great. The accommodations were great no issues whatsoever.

Towels and washcloths were soft.There was a roomy closet that lit up when clothes were hung. Breakfast was a good variety of foods.

Newer facility, clean. Great breakfast. Nice and friendly staff. Furniture was clean. Room smells fresh. Bed too firm for me. Shower has low pressure and tub drain is very slow. We were on the 6th floor.

The only problem is that the website says no pets, which is why we chose it, but upon check-in we noted dog snacks on the check-in counter and we were asked if we had a pet. Misleading advertising.

The staff went above and beyond, had car trouble and they assisted in every way possible. Would highly recomment. The location was amazing. So many places to eat within walking distance, grocery store, auto parts store and the cheapest gas nearby that I saw on my trip.
