The room was clean other than the floors. They needed to be mopped. Had to wear my shoes just to walk into the bathroom. The TV remote didn’t work, so I informed the front desk, he brought me another one and it didn’t work either. Oh well you get what you pay for. Breakfast was actually pretty good! So depends what your looking for.

Property looks brand new. Staff were polite. The only con was that when we entered our room, the bathroom had dirty, wet towels in the shower and the floors had not been cleaned. We’re very tidy people and remedied it quickly. We did mention it to the front desk, and he apologized and would make housekeeping aware of it. Again, everything else was perfect 🙂

The location was conveniently placed by I40 and had a 10 minute drive to downtown Jackson. The property also has several nice recreational facilities, a grocery store, and restaurants within walking distance. The breakfast was alright as well with one of the best staff members I met on the property Despite the facility being new, it was poorly managed - my room was not ready/clean upon my arrival and the room clerk quickly began to blame the house keeping staff for being lazy which sent off red flags. During my 5-night stay, I never received room keeping despite asking for clean linens twice. The on site gym had not been cleaned and I had to clean the equipment before use. The pool was closed the entire stay, public water fountain filters needed to be changed and were never looked at, and one of the room clerks had several visible tattoos with curse words and profanities on his arms.

Overall great experience. Only negative we had was the water filter status was bad and we were unable to get drinking water to fill our bottles for the night. We purchased bottled water instead but would have loved to have been able to just fill ours. Pool was beautiful and clean. Breakfast was decent too. Definitely recommend.

Facility is nice, clean, room was great. Breakfast was ok, but the one coffer machine was broke, which is a major negative that there is no back up.
