Good location a bit run down but clean . Really weak coffee

New nice La Quinta. Peloton bike in work out room. Very helpful and cheerful staff. Highly recommend.

The hotel was very nice and clean. We were upgraded at check in. Staff were very friendly and helpful. It was a pleasant surprise.

This is our second stay here, the staff is awesome and it's very clean,breakfast is delicious! The only negative thing I can think of is the beds are hard and not very comfortable! We will stay here again!!

We stayed at the Jackson, TN Laquinta on the way to Memphis. It was a new and very clean hotel. I loved the modern design and our room was great. Also very affordable! We definitely recommend this hotel.

Everything was nice and clean

Awesome, clean hotel with amazing employees!!

Property seemed clean and nice but our room was not very clean. Our tub was very dirty and the bathroom floor tile and entry floor tile had visible dirty water dried on the floor. I assume the mop water used to clean the floors was extremely dirty.

I was traveling alone, so I did not complain, but if my wife had been with me, we would have asked for a different room or a refund. The floor was slick, the bathroom was not cleaned well, and there were pooled cleaning chemicals (I hope) left on the nightstand. Also, the deadbolt would not engage on the door (there was a flip latch door stop, though). Breakfast was reasonable, but the coffee machine wasn't calibrated to dispense a decent cup of coffee. I had to go elsewhere to get caffeinated. Jackson isn't a normal stop for me, but if I were to go back, the La Quinta wouldn't be at the top of my list. Nonetheless, the staff was friendly and the location was convenient.

We stayed going to our destination and coming back. Our stay was good. The beds were very comfortable.

Sheets were clean. Bathroom and floor were not.

The hotel it self was nice, it was clean, well kept. Staff was freindly and helpful. But it was loud, I was right off the main area, but it was like an echo chamber, kids screaming, loud talking, could not sleep, had a pet with me, and it kept barking at all the noise. I have stayed it several locations but never was it loud like that
