What breakfast? The bed was horribly uncomfortable. Only 2 pillows. My back is killing me Uncomfortable bed and not enough pillows

No amenities. No ice, no cups etc. clean enough but that’s all.

The hotel was very clean, and the rooms looked like they were being renovated to a nice modern look. Things I kind of expect at a hotel that were NOT there; hair dryer, shower amenities such as body wash, shampoo, etc. The main complaint I have is the staff. I guess it is family run - I arrived late, at 11:30pm, and no one was at the desk. I could hear what sounded like a family having dinner in the back. Finally a guy came out and said the person that could check me in was not there. I needed to sit in the lobby until he came back. That was about a 15 minute wait when I was dead tired from traveling, so I was not very happy. Then the next morning I left for the day at 7am, and there was a sign on the front desk that said the desk was CLOSED until noon!! lol I’ve never seen anything like that. The following morning as I was leaving, the desk was closed but they had a box for key drops to check out. So, other than what I consider a little weirdness from the staff, the hotel WAS clean and updated.

It seemed like the bulk of the people who stayed here may have been contractors that were needing short term lodging while they worked on local job sites. This place would definitely fit that mold, but if you’re someone who expects just a few more amenities, I would not recommend it.

Well first off couldnt understand lady at front desk ! Second there was broke down cars with bullet holes and flat tires broken windows and had been there a super long time ! People lived there dirty laundry all down hallway ! I do NOT recommend! Mattress was terrible also ! Stains on walls . They had kitchen but nothing to use in there u had to buy if needed. Only allowed 1 towel we was there from a thurs to sunday ! No coffee who has no coffee! I really dont recommend. Thanks

I liked that it was close to were I needed to be the lobby was clean because they had nothing there Didn’t like that they were very hands off. Had to ask for more pillows because only two were on the bed. Went in the bedroom and the queen bed right against the wall so getting up in the middle of the night with someone else in the bed not fun or easy. Also they never cleaned the room so if we wanted new towels we had to bring them downstairs to get new ones also you could only get two towels per room so if you had more that two people you had to share towels. The room that we were in was on the spot as the outdoor light attached to the room so our room was always bright even closing the blinds it looked like it was the daylight in our room all night so that didn’t help with sleep at all. The beds were also very stiff I know there knew but felt like I should have been sleeping on a rock all night. Woke up everyday with my back in so much pain

Room was very clean, elevator floor and carpet in it needed to be cleaned. Staff was nice, and helpful. They moved us from a room that smelled like cooking to one that did not, with no hassel.

They don’t offer hair dryer or coffee maker in room. We had 2 pets they changed us $50 cleaning charge plus $10per pet that’s $70 for One night. Plus the $100 + we paid for the room

Worst hotel i have ever stayed in. No extra towels, and no hair dryer There was mold by the air conditioner and the TV did not work. The staff was not willing to help with any of these issues. Book another hotel don't stay here.

Extended-stay kitchen in room had NO coffee maker, NOT even paper cups. NO silverware/plates/glasses, no pots/pans, although note in room says items for kitchen available to purchase. No ice machine available, NO breakfast served in morning (one coffeemaker in lobby but minimal supplies--had to ask for cups). Safety: Although outdoor and indoor lobby/elevator doors had locks, NO staff available from midnight to 8AM. If problem, we were told to call police/911. Staff present at check-in/check-out were friendly and helpful, allowed us to change to another room when shower control broken, and loud noise from room above our room. None of this information was listed on Expedia website and should be included there, so one is prepared.

Most of the lights did not work tv did not work never sent my deposit back still fighting with them would not stay here

It was very quiet. The room was very nice and well maintained!And the staff were all very friendly and helpful!
