Do not stay here. The shower didn’t properly work. There was hair in the bed and bathroom. They tried to charge us when we asked for an extra 2 face rags. The WiFi went completely out and the TV didn’t work.

Nice and clean friendly staff

The rooms, bed, kitchen and bathroom were very clean! However, after a storm, we went for a whole night and into next day without internet, phone or use of the TV! Hopefully we will be compensated for this!

I love the kitchen and the bath. Very important. Could use a few extra towels.

Everything was great. Very clean, safe, and plenty of room especially for the price!

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. I was surprised how basic the hotel was. They did not provide breakfast, no hand towels, no facial tissues, no hairdryer and the front desk isn’t open 24/7. A sign was in the room that said that you could ask for certain items. The value was great! Several restaurant options are within walking distance. The parking lot was very well lit and felt safe.

booked a suite with 2 queen beds but was given only a 1 queen bed. When requested to provide the correct reservation, was told because we booked through hotel.com they couldn’t accommodate.

The business model of this hotel allows it to operate at discount prices. It is intended to be an extended stay, although there is currently no minimum stay requirement. The front desk is only staffed from 9 am to 10 pm. The rooms are generally clean - only the floor was somewhat dirty and needed to be mopped. The rooms are fairly small and have linoleum throughout. The largest bed is queen-sized and is resting on a metal frame against the bathroom wall requiring a second sleeper to crawl into bed. The mattress is what I would call a "premium RV mattress." There is a cook surface, a microwave, and a full refrigerator included. However, you'll need to bring your own cookware or purchase it from the front desk. The bathroom is only stocked with 2 towels, 2 washcloths, 2 bars of soap, and a small bottle of shampoo. No blow-dryer or other items are included. Housekeeping only provides services two days per week. Overall, the room suited our needs since we only needed a place to sleep at night. The only two negatives were the floor needing cleaning and the A/C that, while it worked well at keeping the room cold, was annoyingly loud at night.

Room was great, very clean, however, there were no dishes, the tv and remote didn’t work, nor did the phone work in the room. They don’t really offer much in amenities for this to be a weekly, monthly type extended stay establishment. Overall though, it was nice.

could not connect Wifi did not connect in room 1st night. also was not made aware that towels were only refreshed 1X weekly upon check in.

Conveniently located off of I-40. Lots of restaurants within walking distance.
