Nice pool and hot tub. Breakfast was great - and the most attentive staff we have had in TN so far!

The property was amazing and staff was very friendly and helpful, best thing was the breakfast as it was a full hot breakfast meal unlike others that only give you bagels lol, this was a legit breakfast meal. Pool and whirlpool was great, the room was very clean and very comfortable, and conveniently close to everything, 100% recommend this hotel.

Great stay, they put breakfast up a little before the time they set though

Loved the stay! Rooms were clean and smelled fresh. Didn’t get a chance to experiment the breakfast bar, pool or exercise room, but from where I seen, they looked clean and smelled good. Great location from shopping spots/malls and restaurants. Appreciated the warm welcome from each staff we encountered. Highly recommend staying here. Thank you!

We had a great stay at Residence inn! We love the spacious rooms, the breakfast was great with lots of of options, the hot tub jets seem like they may need repair as they splashed water up over your head😆, but still enjoyed the hot tub and pool! Also utilized the work out room as well. Staff was friendly and helpful. This will definitely be our go to place when traveling to Jackson!
