room was not ready at 4 had to wait an additional 20 minutes. The blinds in the room were broken as well as the ice machine on our floor. No soap at the sink had to use soap dispenser for the shower.

It was a decent stay. Our room was clean. Beds were not that comfortable and the sheets absolutely did not fit both beds. We booked this hotel because it had an outdoor pool. When we got there, we were told that we can not use the pool. It was completely green. So that was disappointing. One of the staff members named Tyler was EXCELLENT!!! He was so friendly, professional, helpful. If we needed anything, he did not hesitate one second.

When we checked in the staff was so helpful and she was so sweet. Nice room, it was in the perfect spot to keep an eye on our truck and trailer. Close to the interstate. Overall one of the best experiences I've had at a hotel.

The person at the desk was rude to me when I approached her about my key not working. I told her the issue and she snapped back at me, “relax!” Then another male employee came to the desk and asked to see the key. When he looked at it, he threw it across the lobby, telling the desk clerk not to use that key. I found this entire episode very strange. I avoided speaking to the desk clerk during the remainder of our stay.

Overpriced for what it was. Very outdated. My room only had a quarter roll of toilet paper and the tissue box was empty. The pillows were terrible. The fitted sheets kept coming off of the bed in the night. My door wasn’t working well and was very difficult to open and lock. There are much nicer/newer hotels in the area for this price. The one positive is that the location is easy to get to.
