The staff were very pleasant and polite. The room was big and comfortable. We could have stayed there for some time and been comfortable. The floors were sticky and dirty. It's the same problem everywhere. People don't mop anymore. They use a cleaning pad which gets some of the dirt but not most of it. Also the cleaning pads leave the floors sticky. Need to mop with water after the cleaning pads to truely get the floors clean.

The young lady from Kenya, she was exceptional. Very friendly, engaging and professional. Beautiful sense of humor and lovely smile. The rooms were well kept and very clean. We arrived at night, traveled hundreds of miles. There was difficulty finding the location into the entrance of the hotel because of NO lighting.

The property was fine. The staff was entering our room when it was clearly marked do not disturb. Wouldn’t say why they entered it but we could definitely tell they were in there because of how they left the sign when they left. Then when my fiancée went to inquire, instead of apologizing we were giving a snarky remark. If do not disturb is there, dont wait til the guests leave to enter their room.
