This was the cleanest property I have ever stayed at in this price-point. I was so impressed. Bed was comfy, and pillows plentiful. Staff was friendly and helpful. Overall great night's rest and good experience. If I am ever in Jackson, TN I would definitely stay here again. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

The room I booked was a non-smoking room and I was pleased that the room smelled fresh - not like it had ever formally been a smoking room. Everything was clean. I felt safe. Having been booked into a room on the front of the motel, there was excessive road noise.

We were placed in a unit right beside a busy road. There was drag racing going on most of the night with extremely loud cars and police sirens going off. (I am aware the drag racing was not the motels fault) On top of that, the carpet in the room was extremely dirty, I took my sandals off and walked around for just a few minutes and the bottom of my feet were black. This happened after I showered also. GROSS!!

Inside the room was nice, apparently it had been refreshed recently. The outside building was very dated and a sprawling old single level look. This is not on a desirable conventional location.

I had to request another room. The first smelled like smoke and a something to cover the smell. The next room was clean and no odors. Pet friendly

The room was nice for an overnight stay. Would’ve enjoyed a blanket in the room. All we had was a thin sheet and it said something about an alarm clock when there wasn’t one. And forget the breakfast that was not good at all. A couple juices to choose from that we’re apparently mixed together and a gallon of milk and some cereal. I hope the room was clean except for the bathroom, somebody had ashes in the commode and they flushed them before I got into the room. Yes, it was a smoking room, so I kinda overlooked that that the air conditioner worked great parking was OK.

Dirt y carpet! White socks were so heavily stained after walking on it.!Breakfast was continental and horrible! Front desk didn’t want to give us a receipt and wanted to charge us for early check-in, which I’ve never experienced that before and we stay a lot of places every month. I’m being a very generous on my own score.!

Good location Lists pets welcome ( pet friendly) but it’s only dogs and they don’t tell you that until you arrive.

Could have had a better variety for hot food for breakfast, just had waffles. Bathroom floor seemed wey and slippery, wiped it with towel.
