The hospitality and availability of breakfast and coffee. The availability of service for washing clothes. The outdoor recreation area and the great location near restaurants and bars. The receptionist was extremely knowledgeable and friendly and provided excellent service.

I will stay here again.

Absolutely one of the best hotels I have stayed in Jackson. Area is extremely quiet & safe. Close to restaurants. Great breakfast! Room was spotless. Staff was friendly and helpful. I will definitely be staying there again!!

Rooms were great. Staff as very helpful and friendly. Breakfasts buffet eggs were watery. Not enough fresh fruit. No milk or 1/2 & 1/2. Coffee was intermittent. Coffee in the lobby as good.

Clean, comfortable room. Well-lit parking lot in a safe area.

My ac unit started to smell like it was burning. Called the front desk and she said it wasn’t anything to worry about overnight (I was worried it would catch fire) and she would send maintenance the next day. But I kept waking up every 1-2 hours all night because I was still worried. It didn’t smell anymore but it wasn’t working well. Had it set on 68 but I woke up sweating and the room was unbearably humid. The breakfast was awful. A man in the lobby told me the staff stole from his room. He was very angry. I can’t verify that, though. I wouldn’t stay there again.

The location was good. the hotel was quiet. The "pre-check in" form was cumbersome and then when I jumped through all those hoops on line before I got there, I was asked to provide all that info again when I got there, I will simply ignore that piece of my booking going forward.

Room was ok but pillows were horrible, all were soft and when we requested a slightly firmer we were told all are exactly the same. No one said a word to us in the morning despite seeing several staff members in both the breakfast area and as we were leaving.

The staff was very friendly.

Had a great stay at this hotel. It was clean and in a great location. I just had a hard time finding it at first—it shares a parking lot with the gas station.

The late night check in desk hostess was very nice and helpful. The hotel was new and VERY clean. The beds were comfortable!! The bathroom was small but the shower pressure and hot water made up for it. Would definitely stay here again if passing thru,

Easy parking, new hotel so rooms are nice clean.

The hotel was nice enough that we stopped at the same hotel on the way back home.

Check in lady was awesome!!! Very nice and helpful. Room was great. The only complaint would be that they did not have a refrigerator or microwave in the room. Also no microwave available in the breakfast area. I like to warm my muffins or danish but could not.

The room was clean and the staff was very polite. The hotel had a musty smell though and aggravated my allergies after just 1 night.
