Strange people were hanging out outside who weren't registered at the hotel, being loud and obnoxious at 2 am outside our window.

The hotel was acceptable. However, we didn't realize that there was not a poop (inside nor outside). Room was clean. Parking was easy to find a front row parking spot. I didn't have to use the laundry but the laundry from the hotel was and smelled freash

Everything was great except the sausage on the breakfast bar was cold. Coffee was fantastic!

The parking was easily accessible. The room was clean but flies were present there and the check-in clerk had to have a fly swatter to try and rid the lobby of them. The staff we encountered was friendly and helpful.

The room had been recently refurbished. I think. Bed was very comfortable and we liked the pillows and bedding. At first I was unsure about the stay because it’s not a new building, but the refurbishment and especially the very welcoming and helpful staff made it quite a good stay. The price was right and the breakfast was good as well.

The room was clean and smelled great! The staff was very welcoming and Joshua was very polite and helpful during breakfast. The only thing we noticed was some noise coming from the stairwell from people going up and down, but other than that it was fabulous!

We stayed at the Wingate in Jackson, TN two times on our trip. Once on our road trip to DC and once on our way back to Oklahoma. The rooms were spotless, smelled clean and the bed was very comfortable. It is right off the interstate and parking was plentiful. There is no microwave or refrigerator in the rooms, but that was the only downside. Loved our stay at Wingate and would 100% stay again.
