VERY RUDE ‼️‼️‼️ Nothing else to say

Thank God it was only a one night stay Stayed at the same room 2 days prior to this and the remote didn't work same lady came down I showed her the remote didn't work claim she was gonna have someone fix it the next day and didn't stayed 2 days wiy no tv. We asked her yesterday about it and she acy like she didn't know anything about it which she did. Bathroom toilet was dirty so me an mu daughter had to clean it Overall stay was a 1 very unprofessional and I hate i wasted my money there but never again.

Was ok for a cheap hotel with a pool but the breakfast was horrible watch them heat food up in a bowl in the microwave

Hallways and lobby were too warm!

Refrigerator was not working. Didn't get much help with front desk.

Rooms were clean but they do not have the security second lock on door or peep holes on doors. This is very dangerous to whom is in the room, because without this security second lock anyone can walk right into your room. Its extremely easy to get your hands on a master key and copy it or simply steal one. Housekeeping has them, front desk, maintenance etc....

They were not refilling the breakfast and the WiFi didn’t work and when I reported it to the front desk they just said it was

Nothing worked bathroom door, room doors, the breakfast was nasty and mostly dry cereal, I forgot a backpack cooler when called to ask if it was found person taking my call said she would check with housekeeping and call me back never heard from her.

Everything was good, would definitely be going back

My daughter, who is 18, arrived before me and was not allowed to check in. The policy is 21 to check in though. The hotel did refund our stay amount.

Very disappointed.The photos of the hotel are a little misleading. The pool was smaller than it appears in photos and the rooms not as nice. Was told to also be down for breakfast before 8 because they wouldn't put anything else out after that time.. The first room had the fire alarm knocked off the wall and smelled terribly like mold and was a little dusty.. Was sent to another room. It also smelled moldy but wasn't as strong at first and was a little more clean so we accepted. Also sounded like a heard of elephants was running down the halls and above us constantly. No sound proofing at all. Could also hear people having s*x while walking down the hallway. Mold smell kept getting stronger. Checked out after being there for less than 4 hours and was denied any kind of refund. Property manager asked why we stayed in the room for that long if it was so bad. We were trying to give it a chance after already paying for a nights stay but it was just unacceptable. Literally couldn't breathe for the smell of mildew and mold. The person at the front desk was trying to be accommodating and was apologetic but the property manager was rude.

Room was clean. The light fixtures were old of poor quality, so therefore very dimly lit room. The air conditioner on/off switch was broken so hard to turn on.

The staff were responsive and courteous. We reserved one of the suites with jacuzzi. Upon check in, we were asked for a $100 deposit that was not mentioned in the hotel description. So, once inside the room, we checked the room out to make sure we can get the deposit back. Took a couple pictures of tattered blinds and carpet edges, and then went to the bathroom, where I received a shocking welcome. Stepping on the floor in front of the toilet, the whole thing moved! The tile was lifted off the floor, along with the toilet! Went to the front desk and asked for another room. The clerk was very responsive and showed us 2 rooms to select from. The 1st room shown had issue with cracked tiles around toilet. So we declined it. The 2nd was issue free around the toilet and overall acceptable. The hotel is near I-40, so traffic noise is an issue. So select rooms on the other end is better. In my opinion, this hotel needs a renovation. As is, I would not use them again.

Everything was great and the hotel was in a very good area!

The room as ok but the floors on the 2nd floor were rotten so they moved under your feet when we walked to the room. No elevator to the 2nd floor. We could smell weed as we walked down the hall. Staff was a little gruff at check in but nice at check out. I wouldn't recommend to stay here for a family.
