All good and nice

The room and the bathroom were filthy. We found items other guest had left and they were right out in the open. The A/C vents were filthy. Most hotels have coffee makers in the room...there wasn't on in our room and they stop serving breakfast at 9:00am. The mattress on one of the beds had a huge indented spot on it....like a hole that the foam or stuffing was dug out. We complained at 1:00am after hours of stomping on the floor from the room above us....It didn't stop until about 2:30am. I wouldn't advise anyone to stay at this hotel .....I will never stay there again.

We greatly enjoyed our stay the problem was the indoor pool was too warm to swim in it would not have felt refreshing it felt like bath water. The toilet was very low which is an issue when you're 6 ft tall. But on the other hand the hot water was fantastic the water pressure was good the room was beautiful we would stay there again only maybe next time get a handicap room with a higher commode. And the staff was wonderful

Very convenient and quite

There wasn't an elevator so we had to carry everything up the stairs. There were ants in the bathroom. The room was 86⁰ when we checked in. There was blood on the sheets and broken soap on the floor. Dead bugs in the hallway.

Room was not clean. The gym was dirty and basically unusable.

The property was clean as well as the room.

Thank God it was only a one night stay Stayed at the same room 2 days prior to this and the remote didn't work same lady came down I showed her the remote didn't work claim she was gonna have someone fix it the next day and didn't stayed 2 days wiy no tv. We asked her yesterday about it and she acy like she didn't know anything about it which she did. Bathroom toilet was dirty so me an mu daughter had to clean it Overall stay was a 1 very unprofessional and I hate i wasted my money there but never again.

Was ok for a cheap hotel with a pool but the breakfast was horrible watch them heat food up in a bowl in the microwave

Hallways and lobby were too warm!

Refrigerator was not working. Didn't get much help with front desk.

Rooms were clean but they do not have the security second lock on door or peep holes on doors. This is very dangerous to whom is in the room, because without this security second lock anyone can walk right into your room. Its extremely easy to get your hands on a master key and copy it or simply steal one. Housekeeping has them, front desk, maintenance etc....

staff were very pleasant and accomendating

They were not refilling the breakfast and the WiFi didn’t work and when I reported it to the front desk they just said it was

Nothing worked bathroom door, room doors, the breakfast was nasty and mostly dry cereal, I forgot a backpack cooler when called to ask if it was found person taking my call said she would check with housekeeping and call me back never heard from her.

Everything was good, would definitely be going back

My daughter, who is 18, arrived before me and was not allowed to check in. The policy is 21 to check in though. The hotel did refund our stay amount.
