The pool was out of order we were not able to use it, previous guest has smoked in the room that we were assigned to. We had to switch rooms, the refrigerator freezer was frozen with ice preventing us from using it when we first arrived.

Me and my husband stay here all the time and it has always been good we have even recommend the place to friends and family .. But this time was not great at all the room must have been a old room the toilet was lower then usually and loose and the sink was clog up and the desk in room about to fall apart the lamp on the tablet was rusting and old and loose as well … And the light fixture on wall was falling off .. Then to top it off they deactivate the room key at 8:30a.m check was not til 11a.m but we was leaving earlier and my husband took items to car and the card did not work had I not still been in the room we would have been locked out room .. Just so disappointing we will not stay there any longer ..

The location and breakfast were good. The room smelled. It had a musty odor! I had to get the front desk person to come to my room to get the TV to work. The next day, it wouldn't come on again, so I just did without. Also, the baseboard by the bathroom was ripped off the wall and needed repair. The bed was uncomfortable.

I enjoyed my stay, the room I booked wasn’t as clean as it should’ve been but they gave me another room! They had great customer service & hospitality. Also the breakfast was excellent. Overall my stay was Great! Would book again!

It was old and not up to par. Refrigerator made a lot of noise. It was kind of depressing place to stay.

The room was clean and quiet. Beds were comfortable and shower was great. Location was very central to shopping and restaurants. There was no A/C in the pool area, so it was stifling hot. There were people smoking marijuana and sitting in the parking lot drinking a bottle of vodka! I was a little shocked. This is not the hotel, but just be aware.
