Americas Best Value Inn & Suites Jackson, TN

Great place to stay to lay your head. It's very outdated, but there's evidence the owners have attempted to spruce it up. It's overall clean and quiet. I traveled alone, and felt safe. The buttons were worn off in the room AC, but it was functional. The mini fridge could have been updated. Hosts were very friendly. Breakfast was very disappointing. I expected some kind of pastries or bagles. There were 2 sugary cereals, bread, mini muffins and waffles. There was no butter for the toast or waffles. All in all it was a good place for the price. Easy to get to and friendly.

If you want butter with your waffles in the morning bring your own. I noticed moisture in the air I don't know what caused that not a bad place overall though

Breakfast menu was picked over, no juice, only a few muffins & completely closed 15 minutes before end of breakfast. Room was stifling HOT, air OFF, NO Coffee Basket in coffee pot, unable to fix coffee in room, VERY UNCOMFORTABLE ROOM Front desk staff did not make eye contact, looked down whenever he spoke & was difficult to understand. Check in process was difficult.

Really did not expect this nice of rooms for a low price i wish I had take. More pictures. Great location to shop. And lots of state parks around. Cracker barrel within walking distance right next door. Stayed here twice in a week with a 3 yr old & 1 yr old. We even had room to put pack n play up when baby napped. Either at end of bed or between them. big enough they could play and move around .tons of plug ins , and usb ports, Maybe even c ports. Big bay window seat. Comfy beds and pillows that don't go flat when you lay on them . ( if you travel alot you know lol. ) Excellent each time. Plan to stay here again. Lots of things we didn't have time to see. Safari park I think is about 30 min away. Only thing I didn’t like was breakfast area. Only cereal, waffles & coffee.

Large room with bay window. Great staff & Cracker Barrel right next door. Enjoyed so much booked same place on way back home from Texas.

We chose America's Best - Jackson TN for the price to be honest. But were supprised that the hotel seemed well kept - a little dated. The beds were comfortable, and the rooms were quiet. We were just passing through, but liked it well enough to stay there on our way home 2 weeks later - again.

It was very dirty. At the breakfast there were pancake drippings all down the side of the cabinet, and you could see under things was not cleaned. The need more variation on their breakfast.

Had to go to a different hotel because of medical condition ( lung ) . Very disappointing. Showed us 3 different rooms including away from elevator and all smelled of smoke ( and not a little ).

Room smelled of dog and smoke, even though it was a non smoking room. There wasn’t much of a breakfast, but the staff was nice and monitored the parking lot.

No housekeeping came by during the stay to clean room or change out towels my first and last time staying at this hotel
