Staff was helpful and the beds were comfortable. The smell in the room and it wasn't very clean

Great room especially for the price.. one of the better places we've stayed in for the low price...Would stay there again & loved that it was right next to Cracker Barrel...

From the parking lot the place looked promising. They had to give me a different room from the one I reserved, charged

Good stay for a cheap price, closed to the interstate and comfortable for a night stay.

Did not even stay here after trying to check in as there were drug addicts outside trying to break into cars in the parking lot

They need better towels their towels looked very dingy I had garbage to be taken out and they made me carry it to the dumpster myself

The gentleman who checked us in was wonderful! Very polite and helpful, he got us fresh bedding when needed, and did a good job taking care of everything. The beds were comfortable, and the room was quiet. The breakfast consisted of cereal, waffles, coffee, and milk. Nothing fancy, but it was a perfectly suitable breakfast for the cost. The kids didn't complain. It doesn't affect our stay, but the building looks very nice on the outside. Like a pleasant place to stay. There were lots of yellow stains all over one of the bed sheets. We were given fresh clean bedding right away when we asked though. There was visible mold in the shower, so we didn't use it. Anyone with mold sensitivity be cautious. The curtains didn't block out all the light from outside, but most of it. It was okay for us since a smidge of light was preferable for so many little kids, but most adults would probably prefer more light blocked out.

The young man that works at the front desk Nick is okay but the breakfast is terrible the rooms that I have encountered either have had roaches and the downstairs room and the upstairs are filthy and have more roaches the parking is okay but y'all really need to clean those rooms and you need to get new towels even when I asked that my towels be replaced I still ended up with bath towels that look like cleaning towels or look like no bleachers being used in those so every butt stain or makeup stain or whatever that somebody leaves on them is still on them... I tried to make do with it because it was kind of affordable but I don't want to bathe with towels that have other people's body hairs on them I don't want to sleep in a room and I don't know if I'm going to wake up with roaches in my hair the room that I ended up with last night was so filthy that I literally pulled the sheets up off the mattress to check for bed bugs please do better people are struggling but you all make enough money to maintain that hotel in a better condition than what you do it's very unfair to your customers and like I told Nick smoking is not the problem that you have roaches and not cleaning those rooms is also the lighting oh my goodness you only had like two bulbs in the room one over the window and one over the top right side of the bed and 3/16 change some light bulbs who is responsible for your maintenance who is your cleaning manager whoever they are needs to be addressed.

If you are a smoker choose another hotel. You will not be getting a room that looks like the ones that are shown on Expedia.
