Red Roof Inn & Suites Jackson, TN

Got in around 9-10pm, everything felt damp. Cranked the a/c, but even the sheets felt damp. In the morning the power went out because i guess they were woking on something?… the desk guy seemed friendly but because the power was out there was no breakfast. Went to the waffle house right there, the power did return just before we were leaving. I should’ve asked for a refund but needed to get going… i hope that was just bad timing but we were there just for some sleep and that was not comfortable…

A good hotel for a quiet night.

Don’t go there it looks nothing like the pictures online. The room was dirty the door wasn’t on properly and there was no toilet seat on the toilet

Quiet There is no pool and not a big breakfast just muffins and donuts

Room was clean but don't expect anything special. Jacuzzi room was big but a couch was blocking half the doorway to the bedroom. Jacuzzi worked but jets were not strong, no way to adjust anything. Only over the air channels on the tvs, not cable. Looks like they filled in the pool and only one working ice machine. Breakfast was nothing but stale breads and tasteless muffins. No protein, not even peanut butter.

The beds were comfortable and clean the bathroom was very clean, but the floors were not The location was very close to everything. Everything worked well. I didn’t like that they advertise a swimming pool, it’s concreted in there is no pool on the property. The floors were dirty in the room my feet were black from them.

The hotel room was terrible... the water needs a filtration system for sure.... As for the room. The floor had been recently re-done and it was terrible... missing pieces and holes in it...the shower head leaked and the water pressure left much to be desired... the bed had a mattress but, no box springs which made for a very uncomfortable sleep... TV was very small and didn't work very well either but... other that... the room was very over charged for the terrible quality we received...on the ad it said breakfast was included... it didn't indicate such a small nothing to it beeakfast.... My bride and I drove to Jackson to celebrate our 20th Anniversary and it looked much nicer in the pics... Had I known what it actually looked like, I would have choose a different hotel chain.

The room was hard to sleep in due to noise from a neighbooring resident and because of odor. We left early to get out of the room.

I arrived at 6:00 the only thing was available muffins, cereal that's not a complete breakfast. Both days I was upset I had to spend more money. I visited Atl and got a room at the red roof Inn.The breakfast was wonderful. The service was great in Jackson tn it should have had more breakfast menu items Breakfast was only served with muffins, cereal

Decent budget hotel for an overnight stay. Clean, comfortable and everything worked.

A nice sized suite for pretty inexpensive amount. AC units, TVs, and shower of the room could use upgrades, they are older models, but for the price, it was fine for a night.

Location Jacuzzi wasn't clean and didn't work! The water in the sink came out harder than the jets. It only made noise and the lights flicker when turned on, no pressure from jets at all smh!, plus when i asked for housekeeping to come clean it she showed up with no cleaner and just a dry towel. She just rubbed a small area of the jacuzzi with the towel and went on and on about how their cleaning products are no good. smh, so it wasted money paying the extra for the suite. The phone didn't work either. Sink didn't drain good so I had to keep turning water on/off just to brush my teeth, also had to turn on water very slow or else it sprayed all over you and the floor. Water in shower only gets warm, no hot water in there. Only 2 towels and wouldn't give me more when I asked, Also their towels were thin, ruff, small and had long snag strings. Only 1 remote for both TVs so had to keep going back n forth. Fridge not plugged in, had to move cabinet to find cord and wait for Fridge to chill before i could use that. My stay was for 2 days but key wouldn't work second day so had to get that reset. Big dip in floor with cracks between living/bedroom doorway. Floors also weren't swept good and not moped at all, dirty! Light bulbs were burnt out, had to ask for new ones. The couch had cigarette burn, yet it was supposed to be a no smoking room. The couch also was sticky! The sheets on the bed had stains, thank God i brought my own cause from the way housekeeping didn't correct the dirty jacuzzi i just knew they weren't gonna change the bed sheets either so i didn't bother i just used my own. The staircase outside the room is metal and people going up and down sounded like thunder with each step! Broke down trailers and cars in their parking lot. Also huge stray dogs roaming parking lot and out side rooms, I got chased to my car.

Some what re remodeled but not finished Front desk was dishonest and refused to change room to other end of the property. The hotel is almost empty. Creepy people in the property. Don’t feel safe staying in the property. Stay away from this town is best option

No complaints..

You hear everything happening outside, so good luck sleeping. This part of town is a bit shady. The staff person had clearly been asleep when I arrived, bonnet on and all. Outside lights were subpar and blinking. Parking lot is full of potholes and cracks. What can I say? You get what you pay for cheap-o.

Easy in and out for traffic and good hot water in the shower. Staff was rude when checking in, the beds were hard and uncomfortable, sheets had holes from cigarette burns(non smoking room), room stank of cigarette smoke, and house keeping walked in without knocking. I wouldn't stay here again if someone paid me to.
