Great location, right off the interstate and close to restaurants and stores. I think this is a problem in a lot of hotels but the integrated plugs in the headboards do not work well for devices like wall chargers or ungrounded plugs. The connection is loose and does not tightly secure the plug.

Side entrance door catches and was never locked. Second floor stairwell door drags badly and is left open. Those two things are fire hazards. Walls and floors are spotted. Staff were all friendly. Breakfast was good. Plenty of hot water. Toilet barely flushed.

The lady at the front desk was the best, super informative and sweet! Musty smell of rooms, air conditioner did not get cold, the shower knob fell off, the sink one was about ready too, room was clean but could have been better, one room had snuff pouches stuck to the pictures on the wall. Beds and pillows were not the best. Definitely needs some upgrading and deep cleaning.

We received a warm welcome, and the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Our room was nice, and the bed was comfortable. We slept well. However, the plate on the door latch was missing a screw, and the plate winged out, making it impossible to close the door without using something to wedge the plate in. Also, the shower was a little difficult to operate, but we enjoyed our stay and reported the door issue to the staff.
