We waited 30 minutes for someone to come back to the desk to check us in. Rooms and bedding are outdated

Great hotel! Young woman working the front desk (didn’t catch her name) was phenomenal. Wonderful hospitality; cookies, coffee, and cocoa. The TV didn’t sork at first due to changing providers. She came up and took care of it. I had to leave early the next morning and she offered to make me a to-go tray for breakfast. Room was clean with a faint but managable lysol-type smell. Definitely recommend staying here.

There was not a lightbulb in the desk lamp. I had planned on sitting in the chair and reading. By the time I discovered this, I was already in my night gown, so I did not call down to maintenance. Breakfast was a dissapointment. The cereal was stale.

Entire building had stains in corners, doorways and windows, bathroom had dirt or mold on the floors, walls and ceilings. AC system was leaking through the ceiling from the above room dripping on the window ledge all night, notified front desk and said would look at it. Never did so mentioned again and then they said the ac drain was working properly, but yet still leaking with the paint falling off the ceiling and walls at the windows
