The indoor courtyard was so cute (nice BBQ grill , firepit, beatiful chairs, couches and patio sets), but it was hot and humid, and no one was outside enjoying it. Free parking, three varieties (original, French vanilla and hazlenut) creamer at the coffee bar in the lobby, but we left prior to the lobby opening at 7am, so we did not have the opportunity to partake. There were no ice machines, no breakfast. and no elevator, but there was a fitness room. SO MUCH SPACE in the room! I don't know if the facility is new or just recently renovated, but the space was gorgeous, relaxing and comfortable. Son wanted to sleep away from mom and dad in the living room on the hide-a-bed, but returned to the real bed within 15 minutes saying it was much more comfortable for him. The room was very clean, we had plenty of towels, and the AC was fabulous. The front desk clerk called to check on our arrival time as the lobby closed at 9pm. Good to know of you are driving cross country and frequently get in late. Would gladly stay again.

Quiet. Lots of room for family travelers. There were 3 of us and we had room to stretch..

Rear door to the hotel was propped opened with a rock because the door card reader wasn't working.

Location Very dirty, blood on sheets and bathroom not cleaned dirty towels from previous guest and no staff to contact after 5pm

Room was very!! Nice but room and perimeter was dirty.toilet was dirty floors unswept...and sheets dingy and smelled..couldn't be comfortable..

Awesome location to restaurants and interstate access.

Good location, very clean, easy check-in, very comfortable. With that said, the bathroom sink was very slow to drain

Super nice and clean. The staff was so nice and welcoming. The only issue I had was I didn’t know how to turn the light on above the mirror. lol

Very clean and friendly

The location. Room floors where dirty, the trash from the last guest had not been removed, garbage bags outside the rooms had not been picked up, carts of soiled linen lined up in the hallways outside. The lady at the front desk was rude, my card had stopped working shortly after check in and when I called the number at the desk she told me I would have to wait because she just sat down to eat. I had items that needed to be refrigerated and the response well I just left and I’m eating so let me call you back.

Everything went fine except for check-in. Told them I would not get there until after 8:00pm they said they would be there till 9:00pm arrived at 8:42 and the lobby was locked had to call expedia to get in contact with them half an hour later I was checking in

The walls, bathroom door, closet was dirty, the towels smelled. The trim was coming off. Blanket had a stain on it

No hair dryer, not a single hanger and the staff propped open a door that was supposed to be locked. We were told that they prop it open because the card reader is broken on that door (at the back of the building) and they had already spent $1700 trying to fix it. It was propped open with a rock. We took the rock several times and the staff repeatedly put it back.

Very nice rooms are clean lots of towels and friendly people. Each room is very large and comfortable.

Shower could be stronger

Price was excellent and the property was everything you could want.

Housekeeping came in a bit too early to clean my room. I hadn't checked out yet. And a do not disturb sign wasn't in my room

Clean and huge rooms. We arrived past their front desk hours so there was a way to pick up the keys thru lockbox. Walking distance to fastfood and restaurants in the area. I recommend this place.
