The staff The walls were dirty,and the bathroom was filthy

Place is clean quite

Great room, location near eats and gas, etc. Seemed like a very safe area, easy access on and off freeway. Great value. What more could anyone ask for? If you check in after the desk closes at 7:pm you'd have to do it electronically since they have no one on site it seems. We got in early enough not to have that as an issue. I'm not tech savvy so that might have changed my review but that's also probably why they can keep rates so low for such a great suite and location.

I LOVED my stay here. The staff here are amazing and very friendly. Very affordable and GREAT location. Worth every penny!!!

Clean, updated room, comfortable bed, and quiet stay. The staff is friendly and helpful. I always enjoy my stays here when traveling for business.

Very nice open clean room

Everything was great about this Hotel.

Nice to have the space of an apt. I came in wearing a walking boot for my broken foot and despite there being NO ELEVATOR she put me on the second floor and watched me struggle past her front desk and up stairs with my luggage.

Check-in was quick, and the desk employee was very pleasant!

There were bugs, (just spiders and small beetles but gross) and the linens smelled musty and not fresh but otherwise it was a decent stay.

Our stay was good. Everything was close by. Will book this again if needed.

Location was good for the show I attended.. The floors were so filthy my feet got dirty when I got out of the shower, they had debris still in them as well! The towels were spour and smelt terrible! And the sheets in the first room i had were stained and stunk! The worst experience ive had since the opening!

The caring staff!!! I had made prior reservations to check in because the air went out in my house. I called and explained my situation and asked if it was possible to check in earlier. I was told to come on in. When l got there, check in was swift and everything l needed was in my room. I'm definitely grateful

The places was clean and well appointed. I loved the open apartment feel space. A great places to stay especially if it is an extended stay. It was an easy on off the highway too. I don't believe there was a elevator available and we were on the 2nd floor. Not a big deal typically but I have bad knees. It was my fault tho by not asking for 1st floor. There was no personal contact with staff. We arrived after 5pm so we got our keys out of a lock box. Not something we were used to but it worked out ok.

I didn’t like how the tv in the living room didn’t work, call the lady she said she would be back in a hour to fix the issue which was around 7:30 pm , it was around 10 when she called back, we was already settle in bed and didn’t see the need to move rooms after hours had gone by.
