These pictures are nothing like the photos our room was out dated and not cleaned we had to remove the bedding had burns and stains no phone in room for emergency niosey window unit leaks water tub and toilet barely working staff unprofessional limited use of toilet paper this was a very unpleasant stay for us never thought a baymount hotel was this rundown

Pool was very dirty and small, hardly anything worked in hotel including tv so we had to move rooms. We asked for a extra pillow and were told no extra pillows asked why and were only told no pillows. Would not recommend

It was a very nice property. I can see myself staying there again on my next visit to Jacksonville

They replaced the orange juice in the morning with fruit punch.

I think there could be more variety because everyday it’s almost the same thing… things like yogurt, bagel, hash browns etc The breakfast.

Updated rooms and the beds sleep well. Pool very relaxing. Breakfast better than danishes and coffee. Can you say “I’m making waffles!” Nice to have protein options as well. Coffee was a decent cuppa joe!

The room was nicely clean, Jesús and the rest of the staff are very friendly, attentive, and courteous and really helpful so you find everything you need. The breakfast is great, there is always someone checking that the items don't run out, and there's a lot of choices for everyone. There are a bunch of stores nearby and every thing I wanted to see from Jacksonville was no more than 30 minutes away.

Parnum and Beverly were very nice the carpet is filthy, they dont change the pillow cases or sheets. there isnt enough towels, no toilet paper and the street nosie is very load.
