Quality Inn Orange Park Jacksonville

The staff is amazing. I want to say that first. They really try and help those who need it. However, I booked the hotel thinking it would be safe and comfortable . Wrong. There were people outside doors. This happens all through the night. I feel sorry for security because the type of guest that stay there is awful. I would not recommend.

Breakfast was ok but the didn't have much it was the same two days in a row Waffles and biscuits and gravy toast and cereal and a banana. The hotel room was very run down looking inside and was poorly maintained the toilet felt like it was going to fall over the bathroom tiles were nasty.

I would for the property to be more monitored from the activities of drug use and late night Prostitutes walking by the rooms with loud music, also the morning breakfast is overwhelming with junkies eating the breakfast not being occupants of the property.. As I said above...

We did not try the complimentary breakfast. The location was the best part of the hotel and why we booked it in the first place. Non-Smoking Room was requested but the room reeked of cigarette smoke. There was an empty liquor bottle under one bed which my 9 year old found. The AC was working, but leaking which made a large wet spot in the carpet around the AC/window. The mini-fridge did not work. Felt uncomfortable getting ice from the ice machine since there was always a large group of people around it smoking pot.

Bathtub was nasty. Doors were dirty & grimey.

Dirty, staffing sleeping so we couldn’t get help, homeless sleeping on the stairs so we couldn’t get to our room easily, room smelt like cigarette smoke, dirty condom was found.

Nothing. It was awful! Will never stay in one of those again. Everything: it was disgusting, although we e specifically asked for non-smoking rooms, all 3 stunk horribly! I was very close to leaving, but it was very late. The place did not feel safe in the slightest bit..

Staff was pleasant. We had to change rooms due to bugs. The next room was ok but still seen a few bugs. There was also a drug raid while we were there. Not a great experience at all

It was gross and for some reason on this one block in an otherwise nice neighborhood is ghetto AF! Homelessness drug deals and uber drivers warning me. Quality Inn the name is a joke. Next to it was the Red Roof Inn that uber drivers told me they would refuse to pick or drop off. I walked to a restaurant down the street and saw used needles! I keep my shoes on while staying there and I’m convinced there were bed bugs absolutely disgusting!

This motel needs renovation by professionals. The furniture is new and good quality, but the bathtub had mold around the rim. Caulking around the bathroom looked like it had been applied by an amateur. You had to go to the lobby to get internet connection. The door key system was bad. Took up to ten tries to get the green light and open the door.

The only staff person I met that spoke English was the front desk, lady who was very nice. It seems to be a place for workmen, not guests. The outside area is filthy. The other occupants are loud and noisy, staying up till past midnight playing music and getting up doing the same thing at 6 AM. The toilet ran and the bathtub dripped. I personally would not stay there again.

That I could get a second room since the first one was supposed to be in smoking and it stunk. The outside was very dirty. The tub had an aweful facet and the drain was stuck in the hole at an angle. The porcelain sink was broken and the water turned on so hard you get splashed every time you turned it on. At 5:17 am the smoke alarm battery warning beeped and continued all morning! Short nights sleep.
