This is probably one of the cleanest and nicest hotels that we have stayed in that’s not a 5-star hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and kind, the rooms and the entire hotel was spotless, the breakfast was simple but just right for our family, and the location was central to everything. A+ !!!

It's a pretty new hotel so everything was an excellent condition ,rooms were very clean and the staff was great. I will definitely say here again when I come in to Jacksonville. I wouldn't change anything my stay was amazing

The hotel was well kept and the staff very helpful. My room was categorized as “accessible”, but had a regular tub / shower combo and no bench / seat. It was difficult for me to stand to shower.

Room was clean but will need updating in near future. Not enough parking for the amount of guests staying there. We’ve stayed here numerous times and always been happy but this time it missed the mark. Breakfast food options were ok but an hour before it ended they were running low on items. Will try another local hotel next time we visit.

From when we checked in until we checked out no issues and very pleasant stay. Hotel exceptionally clean and in good condition. Location off highway made it easy to find and get back on road the next morning.

I had a bad experience with a pervious hotel (not Comfort suites another nearby hotel in Orange Park Jacksonville. That hotel was dirty and unsafe. I never seen a hotel with no safe at the front desk with the doors open freely. I called and received my refund. I booked the next hotel at the Comfort Suites in Orange Park. The staff were friendly. Outside and inside of the hotel was clean. I would recommend this hotel.

Upon arriving I was nicely greeted by staff and check-in was quick and easy. My room was clean, neat, and tidy and the staff did an excellent job of cleaning my room and restocking while I was out for the day. There was easy access to gas stations, shops, and dining.
