Motel 6 Jacksonville, FL - Orange Park

I was charged 5 times for the same night in addition I had to pay for my 2 week stay so now I’m broke and it’s the 4th of July and I have nothing to eat!!!

This venue was bad. My 1st room had no AC. The 2nd room caused me to have an asthma attack as the prior occupent clearly smoked in the room. The sheets had cigerette burns and the smoke alarm was broken. Was told there were no other rooms available. I've machine was brown and there was no access to the pool. Would not recommend this place to anyone. After I complained to Expedia was even less help. I was very disappointed all around.

Got there and was told the pool was closed! Got to the room, filthy!!! No smoke detector, no garbage can, towel rack ripped off the wall, toilet covered in urine and black stuff, brown spots on the walls, shower floor covered in soap scum. Only thing clean in the room was the sheets and towels. Ice machine broken. Did laundry, machine ate my money, was told I had to call a number to complain to try get my money back. Sketchy people outside. My husband viewed someone dealing drugs in the parking lot. Homeless people doing drugs behind the power generator. Worst hotel we’ve stayed at so far on our road trip! Save your time and money and go somewhere else.

I loved it

Nothing Bathroom light didn't work so you were in the dark also TV cable wasn't working and hand held shower was not hooked up so not shower it was laying in the tub. Pool was closed so couldn't use pool and only the office girl was there to trying and fix things also ice machine was broken.

We liked it

The staff was nice The refrigerator did not work, the sheets were stinky, the hot water did not work

Late checkin. I felt unsafe. Door lock was broken. TV was broken. Graffiti on wall of inner room. Pool closed. Alcohol/Drug addicts walking around. No staff to be found.

Some of the staff were very rude but others were very professional Pool wasn’t working rooms need maintenance. One night stand was barely hanging on the wall shower was cold

Is very very small there is no counter space in the basement or in the bedroom so you have to live in your suitcase if you have one and all of this is while I am homeless doesn’t help I can’t afford to loose money from a washing machine!! The place is ok but if you aren’t a tough person don’t live here I am a very tough girl because of how I was raised, so be careful and keep your head on a swivel!!!

Nothing , staff wasn’t in place for me to check in. Then came back around 11:45 pm to say they don’t accept check in’s after 11 Service , service , service …… it was terrible

Rooms are VERY little smaller than pictures make them seem.! Pool is closed due to maintenance or renovation issues!! Hotel has roaches.!

Yeah you never gave me my refund back as they stole my money from me and then when I get to the hotel they tell me they're closed after I reserve my room so they getting no good feedback from me at all I would like my money back or I have that place shut down Didn't like how the staff was and like how they didn't give me the room after I reserved it and how they never gave me back my money their to thieves

There was no restriction on office hours on the website. Thanks for leaving me with no place to stay so late at night.

TV didn't work

Very clean, very helpful and kind people there :)

-room door had been busted in by police at least a couple times. This was evident by the multiple drill holes and incomplete locking hardware (see photos) -bathroom only had a light IN the shower. The actual light above the sink has wires hanging out, it was non functioning and the light cover was under the sink catching water pouring out from a leaky pipe! -tv, refrigerator AND microwave are all located in the same area where the only accessible outlet was, so you can only run 2 appliances at a time. We moved the microwave to the bathroom- -there were no blankets, only 1 sheet on each bed -no tv remove (front desk employee was kind enough to bring one up- she had to come twice because the first remote didn’t work) -I could go in but you get the point. I should have expected it given the rate, hotel name and locked/closed office at 7pm with an open leaking ceiling above the overnight window where I waited for an employee to return. Smelled of mold too Just no ! Would have been more comfortable in my car at a rest area.

The lady knocks on our door every Saturday morning to say we didn’t pay when I have paid and I have to go down there to the office to show proof of payment and I’m sick of it.
