Nothing Worse hotel experience Everything my room.got changed twice and both showers didn't work

They are not helpful for people with medical conditions. They put us in a upstairs room im stage 4 copd not nice.the water was backwards the cold was hot the hot was cold. Have alot of people living there permanently. Will not go back. Black mold around the floor of the shower.

Nothing like a nice day at the room and being able to relax and enjoy the day wasn’t peaceful at the front desk they were all so rude and they didn’t even have any of the helpers fix the problem when they were there couldn’t washing anything bc normally they wouldn’t have any issues with washing but they didn’t have a solution to fix it and d

How close it was to the highway. The rooms were out dated and smelled... I had to change rooms the first time because my AC was not working.

No one answers the phone at night. There was no blanket only a top sheet. The shower curtain had mold on it. The floor had hair on it. They gave us a different room than I booked. Overall this place was horrible.

Honestly nothing about my stay was good. The staff was rude and didnt do anything to help after they rented me a room that should never have been rented because of the uncleanliness, bugs, black mold, injuries sustained because of their fruiniture not being safely maintained, and electrical wiring hanging from the ceiling. Also my room that was paid for to come with a fridge did not have one and I went and told the office and they did nothing not even move me to another room and all of my groceries went bad around $200 worth. One lady told me I she would give me a 10 dollar discount for that day and that never haopened and then when I went back in the morning to ask for a refund or another night I was informed only if I had the money on the spot I could get 10 dollars off another night, but I had already told her I am homless and worked very hard to get the one night to just be comfortable and have a bed and shower. She said it wouldnt be extended. There's more to the list but the last thing I Will mention for now is the staff just leaves whenever and locked the office during open hours to where people were standing outside wondering where they were even though the times are clearly listed on the door. And when I called cooperate they were no help at all. 24 to 48 hours I was supposed to get a call back and never did ive tried calling the manager and they weren't even in office during the open hours to answer the phone so I got no reply. Im VERY VERY highly upset.

The property is horrible to stay there and not maintained and always has mold in accessible room and broken amenities

Lights didn’t work, locks were lose , no blankets no pillows no towels, tv didn’t turn on, cockroaches in the room

Rooms have bugs and a lot of rooms it looks like they don't even clean the bathroom or sheets

It was dirty and people hanging out in the parking lots pound music waking you up at 4/5am floors where dirty had absolutely not one towel or wash cloth had to go ask for them absolutely nothing was good about this stay Everything seems above

Ms. Kim and Jamie and Kanisha are very professional and are personal and really go above and beyond their pay grade! 10 stars to their crew! Thank you ladies my faith in motel 6 is restored!!

The room was clean,the staff was friendly and it was pet friendly as far as I can tell

Tv was broken. No lightbulbs. Dirty. Smelled bad. Drug addicts and dealers everywhere. Gross.

I really love Miss kanisha she is so beautiful and helpful.
