Staff is scarce but will help you when you find them. The property is very dated and is need of renovation. Especially if they want to charge those fees. Will most likely not stay there again.

My stay (2 days) wasn’t bad. My only complaints are the weird smell of the room and that shower water wasn’t hot enough. I did appreciate the 12pm checkout time though.

Shower not near hot enough. Room climate control could not increase the temp leaving room to cold. Amd the room had a mild stink mkst likely from dirty old carpeting

The front desk clerk/breakfast servicer, Phyllis, was absolutely amazing. Her sweet smile & helpfulness made us feel so welcome. We would definitely stay here again.

The common area carpet was old and the room was a bit dank. Breakfast was just okay.

Our bathroom reaked of urine. BADLY. We were in room 220. They also do not offer housekeeping unless requested, so at the end of a 3 night stay we had no toilet paper and overflowing trash cans. They close the pool at 8:30, which is kind of lame considering thats not even dusk in summer. The breakfast buffet was passable, although there is a $10 charge per plate if you want to eat it in your room. Overall, not bad considering the price but I would hesitate to stay here again.

The property is outdated. The common area carpet is old. The room was dank with scarred furniture and an old bathroom vanity. Breakfast was just okay. Staff was friendly.

This hotel did not look like the pictures. There was homeless people in the parking area. The TV did not work well. It was not very clean (bugs in the bathroom) and had a mildew smell. Went to ask the staff for help after checking in and no one was at the front desk for 15+ mins. Had to contact Expedia for them to contact the hotel for support. Shower temperature was cold despite trying at different times. Did not feel comfortable eating breakfast there due to the lack of cleanliness and would not stay again.

The room was clean and check in was quick and efficient. The hotel was kind of hidden behind 2 hotels that did not look the nicest or cleanest. Kind of gave it an uncomfortable vibe.
