Courtyard by Marriott Jacksonville at Mayo Clinic Campus/Beaches

It is located at the Mayo Clinic where one undergoes medical procedures so why would Booking.com ask a question about a romantic place to stay? We liked the convenience, the friendly staff, the coordinated effort between the hotel and medical staffs which made the stay as stressless as possible. Definitely would stay here again if I had to return for another appointment or procedure. The shuttle was efficient and frequent between the hotel and clinic & hospital. Nothing to complain about.

At the front desk, there was a very nice young lady and she was totally awesome. I wish I could remember her name and that’s my fault. I really enjoyed your company chatting with her and trying to get my mind wrapped around what was gonna happen to me the following day so she was really helpful and I appreciated that so Five Stats for her.

Loved having a courtyard room in the bottom floor to have security of going to the lobby and then sitting on the “patio” with coffee. Also the laundry room was helpful because we were here for surgery at Mayo Clinic which required us to stay longer than expected.

Served the purpose and Shuttle service was convenient

It was close to the Mayo clinic, grounds were gorgeous, staff were so friendly, delicious coffee and food Nothing

I paid booking.com fir my room. When I checked in they charged me 229.00 more on my cash card app I was very upset ? im still waiting for my money back in my account. The hotel was very run down an old.

Everyone was so friendly! When we ordered dinner at the bistro it took a good 30-45 minutes when I got the grilled cheese and mom got the Mediterranean bowl. Oh and our room had a strange smell but we couldn’t put our finger on why we would describe it as. We were in 111.
