Outstanding stay in a beautiful, clean hotel. The co-location with Mayo Clinic includes free hotel parking and a regular and reliable shuttle. Rooms are well appointed, staff is friendly and helpful, bar is superior to most hotels, and price was fair. Great experience

Staff was burdened with tasks taking them away from guests but they still did a great job. Property is amazing.

It was great to have another hotel on the Mayo campus. The shuttle runs every 15 minutes. The late lunch/early dinner I had after my appointment was very good. The service was excellent.

The bathroom shower has 3 operating levels (Too complecated for an elderly to use) and the water pressure in the faucets is really low. The building design has the elevators on one side of the building insteadmof the center of the floor making the walk to our room a distance that took over 130 steps from room door to elevator door. So if you have mobility limitations you have to ask for a close to elevator room. Had to pay extra for a breakfast that had cold potatoes, crude bacon and overcooked eggs. The display looked improvised and the lids of the hot items had no space to be opened properly to serve. no more space to write.

They don’t take cash, card only, it’s a pain

The staff was extremely helpful and professional. The rooms were very nice, clean, and comfortable. One of the best features was the complimentary shuttle service to Mayo Clinic, which runs every 15 minutes. It made getting to and from the clinic so convenient and stress-free. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again!.
