Overall horrible experience
-
Awesome environment, very clean and well kept property.

Location is right off the highway. Nothing nearby to eat but it is next to the mayo clinic. About 15min from the beach.
-
Only complaint is bathroom light blasts on during nightly bathroom visit along with under bed lights. Bring cardboard and tape to cover sensors!
-
Open and spacious lobby, lounge, restaurant And bar. Staff was very attentive and walk in pool was that extra touch!

To top it all off, the breakfast was delicious with a great variety of fresh options to start the day. I couldn't have asked for a better stay and will definitely be coming back!

It is a lovely new hotel on Mayo Clinic campus in Jacksonville. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and quiet.

Beautiful hotel, exceptional staff. Very clean, quiet and near restaurants and shopping. Always a pleasant stay.

The most concerning issue occurred when the elevator I was riding suddenly went out of service. While I understand that equipment failures can happen, the situation was unsettling and did not leave me feeling confident in the property’s maintenance or emergency response. Throughout my stay, customer service was equally frustrating. Every time I called the front desk for assistance, I was told, “We don’t have anyone available. Can you come down?” As a guest staying at the hotel, I expected a higher level of service, especially from a Hilton property. The most alarming experience happened around midnight when the fire alarm sounded unexpectedly. Guests were forced to evacuate immediately. I had to make my way down an extremely narrow stairwell, which was stressful and intimidating, especially in the middle of the night with no information about what was happening. Once outside in the parking lot, there was little to no communication from hotel staff regarding the reason for the evacuation or what guests should expect. Eventually, we were simply clapped back inside after being told everything was clear, without any meaningful explanation, apology, or follow-up communication. What disappointed me most was not that unexpected incidents occurred, but how they were handled. Emergencies and maintenance issues can happen at any hotel. However, clear communicat

It was clean and beautiful. The staff were friendly and helpful. I loved the shuttle.

This is a very nice hotel. The property had plenty of seating space, dining options and beautiful views. The pool area was very relaxing with plenty of space for all. The staff was helpful during our stay. The entire facility was very clean. We will definitely be back.

Right next to Mayo Clinic

The biggest disappointment was the cleanliness. We found dirty towels and dirty tables when we arrived, and instead of calling housekeeping, we ended up cleaning and disinfecting the room ourselves so we could feel comfortable staying there. The beds were also much firmer than expected, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. In addition, the room felt smaller than expected. I’ve stayed at Hyatt Place properties with noticeably larger and more comfortable rooms. Overall, this hotel did not feel like a true 4.5-star property. While the location is convenient and the lobby is nice, the cleanliness and room experience fell short of expectations. I hope management pays closer attention to housekeeping, as that would make a significant difference.
