The hotel was great had a great time

Great hotel with clean, comfortable rooms and friendly staff. The location was convenient, and the breakfast was delicious. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would definitely recommend it.

Overall good stay, Quick check in, breakfast had nice options for food and coffee being hot or iced. Room was clean and spacious. Pool was nice although no umbrellas for shade. A few disappointments though, the bar closed (on a Friday night) and the amenities said pool bar available, even if the bar would have been open it didn’t open til 5:00pm so how is that a pool bar. Ordering lunch was a little odd, they didn’t offer a restaurant but did offer food options but for lunch you have to have the order in before 9:00am and was ready in the lobby at 11:30, so had to hang around hotel if you ordered food, am sure dinner menu was the same ordering process. Also when you order food they automatically add a gratuity which I think is wrong as you pick it up in the lobby it’s not like it’s served to you.

Stayed 4 days 3 nights, was great. Breakfast was great for complimentary. Room was clean; water temp, and pressure was great; everything worked… and most importantly… the pool was clean!!! and this was during a busy weekend apparently, as they were fully booked.

I had reservations at Residence Inn near Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville. Unfortunately, I got hospitalized and could not keep the reservation. My wife called and spoke to someone at Residence Inn and they told her under the circumstances, they would cancel the reservation. I was charged anyway. I have several more upcoming trips but I will not be staying at this Residence Inn.
