Holiday Inn Express & Suites Jacksonville SE- Med Ctr Area by IHG

I did not eat breakfast there as I had medical tests. Not applicable.

Very clean and nice Breakfast Nothing

Close to restaurants/grocery and Mayo Clinic The body wash container in the shower was empty. It took 10 minutes to get hot water to come out of the tap and the pillows are way too soft and woke up with a stiff neck.

..

Great stay with kind staff and clean rooms.

this location was close and easy to access the Mayo Clinic, beds and pillows were comfortable there wasn't anything that i didnt like

Was there for an appointment at Mayo Clinic and the location was great.

Clean, nice amenities, breakfast was great!

Shuttle to Mayo. Very convenient. They take dogs for a fee. The staff did their job good but was not super friendly. It’s easy to smile and be nice.

Staff and everything great. Clean rooms. Great breakfast and great shuttle service.

Our room had clogged drains in shower & sink. Not what I was expecting. The pillows were unsupportive as well as the mattress. This hotel was rated Wonderful but I rate it closer to a good. It didn’t look immaculate like the pictures portrayed, in this sense I was dissapointed . Also not enough Handicapped parking.

Destiny helped me a lot! Amazing staff

The desk staff were kind, courteous and welcoming. Breakfast was varied and delicious. The beds were comfortable. The pool felt invigorating after a long drive. We could have ask for a better place to stay.

Exceptional

Clean room, great breakfast, and having a shuttle makes a world of difference

All good

I am limited mobility so a handicap room with a lower shower and a lower bed. I have trouble getting into those beds, but I’ve learned a master it, but it’s not pretty . the shower I can still get into, but for people with hip replacements y’all have no handicap rooms so you might consider that on your next revamp thank you though.

Very good

Everything was stellar. The breakfast was fantastic and so well thought out, the coffee was amazing and so fresh, and such well thought out seating areas and such friendly staff! Great rooms!

I enjoyed my stay the breakfast. It was amazing and it was right near Publix, which was easy convenient for just needing anything. I tried to put five stars but for some reason, my phone wouldn’t allow it. It only showed me four stars, but I give this hotel five stars yes I plan on staying again.
