Big roaches. Possible drug activity in the parking lot,people coming to room door asking for money the staff was notified and did nothing. Could not cancel due to the fact check in at 4pm no refunds after 4 pm. Air conditioning not working, everything we owned smelled like weed. We ended up leaving and going to stay at a different hotel.

Pretty clean and a good price It was in a more drab part of Jax. The room smelled a little musty and the ac wasn’t that great

There was coffee every morning. Nobody walked into our room unannounced The hot water works well The staff was very friendly On a 1 to 10, one for cleanliness Your site advertises that breakfast is included, I was informed when I got there that it was not included. That they do not even have breakfast at Econolodge since Covid. There was mold on the bathroom ceiling above the shower The icemaker on our floor did not work so if we wanted ice, we had to walk upstairs and a considerable distance to get ice The swimming pool was 1 foot low and was full of bugs The seal on the door was nonexistent you could see a half an inch of light through the crack The room that was to accommodate four people only had one chair and no table We were told at the desk that we are not allowed to cook in the room but the room comes with a microwave and refrigerator???? When I arrived, and found out that breakfast was not included, I considered canceling, but they told me it was non refundable. I feel like I was not given correct information. Even the pictures on the site did not match the rooms. I feel like I should get a refund. I would like to know your thoughts. 904-294-2012 Arthur Rosenthal.

They were listed to have breakfast they did not. A lot of drug addicts stay there. Seen a dead body right after i checked in

Absolutely NOTHING! For starters the rooms are dirty! Killed multiple roaches! The beds weren't clean. And the floors haven't been swept or mopped in a while!

The hotel was not up to date, nor was it clean. There were burn holes in the sheets and blankets as well.

The rooms were filthy cobwebs everywhere they put gain sense underneath the bed to try to cover the smell in there there were burn holes in the blanket which were brought to the attention of owner because I was in a non smoking room ? I payed almost $300 for 2 nights in a king bed ,but the bed was old and literally sunk- in ,in spots also pool was dirty I had to beg for clean towels and then a guy runs around saying are u leaving everytime u walk outside but check out is at 11 and this was 8 ,oh and when I booked it said breakfast included,that was a laugh all they had was stale old nasty coffee ..dog poop all in grass otw to pool which was dirty too ..sad place should be shut down .at the econo Lodge off cagle rd in Jacksonville Florida.. please beware because if I had seen a review like this explaining this places problems they would of never received my money for room 106

Where do I begin the room was dirty the walls were all staid up hairs on the restroom floor hadn’t been cleaned in I don’t know how long disgusting
