Quality Inn Jacksonville South

My stay was not pleasant at all. A.C was Broke in the first room after unloading all our things we had to reload and get to the next room and it was even worse. The ceiling was leaking water all my things got wet.. Remote didn't work at all. They offered a discount and I never received it I would like a full refund.

Thr room was clean and nice

Dead roaches in the first room we were in and hardly any water pressure caused a clogged toilet.

15-20 min from the Beach and other surrounding areas. Restaurants are close The only thing Negative to say is that the Bathrooms are Small with No Ventilation

Deposit was NEVER RETURNED, CALLED ABOUT IT, TOLD IT WAS MY BANK HOLDING 3 DAYS, THEN NOTHING, SENT MESSAGE, STILL WAITING ON THEM TO REPLY....

Hotel was not as pictured. I had to circle the block 2 times just to find it. Very run down looking

There was NOT a hot breakfast. Only scrambled eggs if you eat them. No biscuits or bacon. Barely anything. The air conditioning was noisy. Rooms were very old. The safety was ok. The desk staff was friendly.

Friendly staff. Quick check-in. Clean room. Fare rate for what/where it is. Could be a little sketchy outside at times but no one bothers u. Just mind ur business, that's all. Lol my only slight issue would be the shower curtain rod was broken so had to be creative with holding the shower curtain up on both ends of the rod, but that's nothing... No reason to

The photos do NOT match what the hotel looks like. There's no sign indicating the location- I don't think this property is actually a hotel more like a motel. The property is eery, we were the only individuals/vehicle staying there. The site offers free breakfast, but I'm not even sure where that would be held? The rooms were older and not up to date, bedding was mismatched, carpets were sticky, shower has zero pressure. Employees were outside hosing down refrigerators upon arrival. Please book elsewhere.

Surprised for the price the condition of the building. The outside of the building definitely needs renovation. Drove by not realizing that’s where we were staying. Once inside the room was fine. The breakfast was also very good.

Room had visible flaws and damages. Hotel isn’t in the nicest area. Room was clean.
