I was overcharged based on their website which showed $80-90.00 per night, we paid $200.00 per night, plus parking fees. No water in the room, no breakfast available and the place is under renovations which is loud, dusty and inconvenient. I’m 80 years old and for a full day I had to climb 4 floors up because of elevator service. A terrible experience and I would like someone to address that with a credit that is fair.

everyone was friendly, professional, and seemed genuinely concerned about the comfort of their guests. Manager walked around at breakfast asking how we were doing. VERY PLEASED!

The staff was so awesome. Jim was fantastic and helped me out so much! The bed... it was so springy and bouncy feeling and hard! And the ac... lawd have mercy, that ac. It stayed 77 to 83 degrees in the room! Absolutely miserable. However, I always bring a fan with me, so it helped out a good bit.
