Everything so clean and nice and everybody was so nice. Nothing bad to say! Amazing deal for the price.

Bed was comfortable. Ceiling appeared to have painted over mold/mildew. Check-in was easy. Outside of building not overly aesthetically appealing. Grounds were not clean. It was worth the value for only a one night stay. Would not stay a lengthy stay here

The only thing that was enjoyable was the other family that was there whose kids kept swimming with my child. The staff were beyond rude and just down right disgusting when address ANY issue. Whether it be the roaches because there is an infestation of them. Whatever “pest control” they claim to use ain’t doing the job. All the door say 100% smoke free and that is 100% a lie they allow cigarette smoking, weed smoking and who knows what else smoking inside rooms. I could smell cigarette smoke coming from the room that was connected to mine the entire time. Every time you walk in the hall to go anywhere all you can smell is weed smoke. NOT a family friendly place at all and if you order food good luck not eating roaches.

Had to wait about 20 minutes for the front end staff to assist.

The swimming pool

The young lady who checked us in was great but when there was a shift change and we needed more pillows and towels the evening shift clerk seemed upset about it. Upon entering our room we found 3 dead roaches, the floor in the bathroom was dirty and some towels were dirty as well.

Staff we're friendly. Establishment was clean as well. Pool area was nice and clean also. The shortage on towels and rags due to it being a busy weekend.

There is NOTHING to like about the property. Even though every door has a sign on them saying “100% Smoke free” that is a flat out lie. They allow people to not only smoke cigarettes inside their rooms on ALL floors but they also allow people to smoke marijuana inside their rooms as well. There is no possible way the staff don’t smell the smoke they are very loud smells. They have roaches and the staff don’t care they get mad at you for telling them. They will throw you out of the hotel even after paying them for the room and security deposit. The staff are ghetto as all can be (including the Asian lady who is the WORST rep of the building along with her bulldog looking side kick with the shirt hair cut who sits at the front desk). This place needs to be shut down and re-staffed top to bottom. Everything about this property was disgusting.

It was hot and smelly. Hotel needs a renovations ASAP.

I loved my stay . I didn't like how rude the staff was when I had just recently reserved another stay and the staff was completely rude and said we had "suspicious activity". Nobody came here nobody did anything wrong. Our neighbors had visitors all night long but I did NOT. Completely rude!! I can honestly say before yesterday I was happy and now today I will not ever stay here again! Yall had it in the bag!! And your daytime clerks are the rudest individuals

No AC in hallways/corridors. Room had old food smell. Laminate floor was marked up. Non-slip things in tub were coming up & useless. Toilet seat still had skin lotion residue on it from previous tenant. Toilet wasn't cleaned at all.
