We loved it. The room was clean and the staff was great

Was outdated and not very clean. The walls around the shower were rotten and dirty looking. Its very dim in the room with not much light. The pool was green the first day, and milky the second day of my stay and I never saw anyone out at the pool. The carpet is nasty and unraveling. The bar/restaurant was pretty good if the lady bartender took care of you, the male bartender was so lost. I ordered a black cherry old fashion that he made and I was not able to drink it because of it tasting like he put coffee in it. Luckily the lady bartender was was able to make me another one to replace the drink. My pillow case had stains on it, and when I got out of the shower and walked in the bed area, my feet had lent and hair on them that I was not able to see just by looking at the floor. Its so dark in the rooms, im sure a lot gets missed.

Wait time to check in wasn’t due to a line it was due to walking into a hotel that seemed to have zero staff. After waiting for 10mins for someone to appear at the front desk I got to my room. Fixtures were rusted and covered in dust, sofa and ottoman so dirty they looked like they were picked up off the side of the road and balcony overlooked what appeared to be a closed untreated pool. I can overlook a lot but don’t understand how this is a Marriott Property.

The hotel was nice and clean room was also very clean. The pool however looked very dirty looked like it had black mold in it. We notified front desk and they said it was not dirty that it was paint chipping and if that’s the case drain it and re paint it because it’s very deceiving from the nice pictures on line that helped me choose this hotel.

Overall a very nice place to stay. Will come back again.

One thing I really appreciated was how we were consistently greeted every time we walked through the lobby. Whether we were heading out or coming back in, the staff always acknowledged us with a smile or a kind word, and that made a big difference in how welcomed we felt. I also want to recognize a few staff members for their professionalism, friendliness, and kindness: Latisha (I hope I’m remembering her name correctly), Faith, Mr. Hefner (he mentioned his name was “Hefner — like Hugh Hefner,” which is the only reason I remembered it), and a mature melanated gentleman who offered thoughtful advice when I was dealing with severe back pain. I was walking with a cane, and both he and the young melanated woman at the front desk were incredibly supportive and compassionate. Thank you to the Courtyard Marriott Jacksonville Butler Boulevard team for making our stay so pleasant.

I requested a pool view but was refused, the bed and pillows were uncomfortable. The floor and toilet was dirty, the towels were old and worn out. Not impressed and will not be staying there again. The balcony was bare with concrete flooring and there was only a shower instead of bath and shower. Very disappointed!!

I stayed here this weekend so I could be close to my Goddaughter's family to share in her 10th birthday. This hotel is just off I-95 south of Jacksonville, which made it very convenient. The room was comfortable and clean, as you might expect. I found the staff at the front desk to be friendly and helpful. I'm planning to stay at this Courtyard by Marriott again!

Very Clean, Staff Was Nice And Food Was Amazing

The lady at the front desk was not nice when I asked her for a room by the pool she added that you must specify if you went through a third party!

Staff was extremely nice!! The location was perfect for our trip. I do wish there was just a little bit more lighting in the bathroom and the shower was just a tad bit dirty. But nothing unbearable. Overall it was a nice stay. Would most definitely return

The balcony room was amazing with a beautiful view. The bed was roomy and the tv was a pretty nice size. I will definitely be returning again soon

One room had a funny smell but overall great stay

At check in they tried to downgrade my room. I had to show them the booking to get the better room. This happens to me regularly at Marriott properties.

Beds are really good, shower excellent, decent counter space for bathroom, decent electrical outlets for recharging, lousy WiFi.

Great no nonsense stay

My priority is cleanliness and Courtyards always get five stars in my experience. Staff were pleasant. Bed was quite soft but I didn’t mind it. Our room has a handicap accessible bathtub, which I needed, since I am an amputee that does not use a wheelchair. The bars were great but the shower gel and hair product dispensers are mounted high up on the wall for alenine who is standing. That doesn’t make sense and is hazardous. They should be mounted where someone sitting in the tub can reach them and someone who can stand can probably reach them at a lower level with ease.

There was no free breakfast option. The bathroom wasn't very clean
