Front desk staff very helpful

It was convenient to the Mayo clinic. About a 15 minute drive. Nothing, all was good.

The room was very nice for a cheap price and it have stoves to cook Nothing at all

What Breakfast? No breakfast was told to me

There were bugs

The pictures of the rooms are totally different from what you actually get. You get only the towels that are in the room, you must pay to get clean towels. There were actually bugs and very outdated appliances. You must take your trash outside and walk around the building to get back inside. I was called three hours later to see if I was checking out, I turned my cards in at the desk when I left. Conversations were permitting staff to know if you checked out or not. Parking lot late night argument was also bad. I wish I knew upfront what was the real experience.

The room I stayed in ground floor was kind of okay. Very old model, carpet soiled in few spots. Bathroom was also not great with water stains on the floor. But overall it wasn't a bad experience

It was in a ok spot short drive to everything The staff was very unprofessional at the front desk nobody was never at the front they don’t answer the phone when u call and u had to pay for everything carpet needed vacuuming in the halls and roaches in the bathroom .. beds were very uncomfortable

Th access to shops and location The AC in initial room was not functioning properly, 2nd room was not clean, the staff did accommodate with better room but it was only because we complained about the conditions

Very bad needs improvement.

The lobby needs more attention to detail as far as the doors and the counter was dirty. The room was clean. They probably should look into remodeling and having up-to-date furniture,the place, but other than that everything was OK.
