La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Jacksonville Butler Blvd

Dirty room. No hot water. I called the front desk to see if there was a problem with the water heater and was told that the water had to run for 15 minutes. I didn't test that out but that seemed a little ridiculous. It's obvious throughout the place that it was built in 80's and has not been properly maintained.

It was a pleasant stay.

Booked same day while on a road trip and checked in around 11:30pm. Clean, comfortable, affordable and quiet. Good location with a lot of food options nearby. The staff member who checked us in at the front desk was great - friendly and fast. I would book again when traveling through the area.

The property was nice. It's an older hotel, which you can tell. But it was clean and the service was good. The only down point would be that they need two waffle makers instead of just one. The line for waffles is pretty long. Other than that the stay was perfect.

Traveled for a weekend with my family. The staff at the front desk were pleasant and room was very cleaned. Overall the experience was nice

Pictures of the hotel looked good but when I got there it was a total different story. I got to my room and the laminated floors were coming apart. The bathroom doors looked ridiculous like renters paint and when I went to take a shower, the tub stopper came completely off and the water never got hot. I DO NKT recommend this hotel for anyone. The staff were amazing though but whoever is supposed to finance this hotel for upkeep and renovations completely failed.

About breakfast that had ran out of food. Only thing available was waffle and sausage. I dont eat waffle. So all i had was sausage. Other then that everything was clean

The room and the property itself was good. It was clean and maintained. The only downfall or complaint was for my wife who thought that the exterior door where everybody seemed to be smoking, was covered in nicotine stains on the door handle and on the glass, she let the front desk know, and they said they would handle it. Otherwise it’s an older facility, but I would go there again and stay food was close by and it was fairly easy to get around choosing an app. . Our stay was wonderful. The lady at the front desk when we got there on 06/24 in the afternoon was absolutely incredible. I don’t remember her name but she was amazing. She is the definition of customer service and beyond! I will definitely come back to this hotel. :)
