Baymont by Wyndham Jacksonville/Butler Blvd

The staff at this location were friendly, kind and very informative. They had great customer service skills. The room was very clean, parking was great and every guest that used the pool have a great time. We came to this location to attend the Fireworks show across the St. Johns river. The staff gave us great positive feedback on where to go. We had a great time and a great stay. We will definitely come back to this location.

I would have taken a star off because the room seemed a little damp. Everything else was so amazing, though. The staff, especially. Michelina is such a sweetheart! The pool is smaller than it seems in the pictures, but I didn’t have time to hang out at the pool, anyways. The people who did definitely enjoyed it. There’s a small gym as a pool house, but my gym was right down the street so I didn’t try it. The breakfast is slightly lacking. I just wish they were bananas. They had apples a few times. I just wanted to add a banana to the overnight oats I had with me.
